A large and spacious holiday home in a beautiful location, directly on the idyllic Lake Spore. The area is a paradise for fishermen and nature lovers.
The 2-storey holiday home is situated on a fenced property in a very quiet, quiet area, surrounded by trees. The area overlooks the nearby lake. The area is only a few steps away from its shores, from the pier, numerous fishing spots and the beach.
The comfortable house has 3 independent bedrooms (2 upstairs, 1 downstairs). In addition, downstairs there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, connected to a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a bathroom downstairs. There is a washing machine. In front of the house there is a covered terrace, and in the well-kept garden there are barbecue facilities, a small playground, there are hammocks.
The price includes: bed linen, towels, parking.
A rowing boat can be rented on site. It is best to report such a need to the owner of the facility before the start of your stay.
Accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Spore is a small, rural settlement, mainly of a summer nature. There is a small shop with basic necessities in the center of the village. For larger purchases, you have to go to a larger city (Szczecinek - about 12 km away). It will be a good opportunity to walk, see the much larger Wielimie Lake, which also provides numerous attractions, especially for water sports enthusiasts (there is also a water ski lift).
In the immediate vicinity, the most attractions are provided by the nearby beautiful lake. Its area is about 90 ha, and the maximum depth is 5 m. It is characterized by a diversified coastline with numerous promontories and coves. There are several water sports equipment rentals by the lake. The lake is very popular with fishing enthusiasts. You can catch pike, eel, tench, bream and roach here.
The vicinity of the holiday home is also a paradise for lovers of nature, peace and quiet. There are many paths around, along which forests and meadows can be traversed both on foot and by bike.

The living area is open and therefore cannot be heated sufficiently, the passages to the bedrooms are too low and the stairs are not equipped with the same step height, the central heating was insufficient and we had to use the fireplace every day, the house only makes sense in the For rent in midsummer, the dining table could only be used by 3 people at the same time, the bathroom is only minimally sized and primitive for my needs, the width of the toilet cannot be used by corpulent people, the water for the shower was heated after about 10 liters of flow, the price for the rowing boat is not 10? but 15?, The outdoor area is very nice and excellent for sports and games, I like the beautiful view of the lake, Some of the access is only possible via a dirt road, What kind of acceptance do you have at all? The price/week is too high and does not correspond to services!!!!!!!!!!!!!
