Fully Relaxed

We arrived as a couple with 2 small dogs to relax and we were not disappointed.

The house from the 18th century (?) has been (and is still being) lovingly restored. Here, modern elements (e.g., the upper bathroom) meet antiques. The huge property with the party area in the form of a converted barn (featuring billiards, foosball, table tennis, darts, a bar, a small terrace with an electric grill and toilet), a covered grilling area (charcoal), a fire pit for evening gatherings and roasting marshmallows, a children's area with a sandbox, swing, and soccer goals, as well as the jetty belonging to the house that leads to the lake with a boat for chilling or fishing, leaves no room for boredom. Additionally, there is a cupboard in the house filled to the brim with board/card games to keep children (and sometimes adults) entertained. The fireplace on the upper floor is a dream on cooler evenings. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just under 50 minutes by car and has stunning beaches and shops. Those interested in culture will also find plenty to explore here. There is much to discover in the surrounding towns, such as Bobolice or Koszalin. The caretaker Jusek was always there to assist us with any questions or suggestions. Hiking enthusiasts will be fully satisfied here. Only disco-goers may be disappointed. But one should also take time to relax ;o) Everything for physical well-being can be found about 10 minutes away by car. For smaller purchases, there are two small shops just about 100 meters away. If you ever don’t feel like grilling or cooking, I can recommend the small restaurant about 300 meters away. The menu is different every day, and the pizza there is excellent. All in all, a completely relaxed, exciting, and restful vacation for us.

What a beautiful accommodation

We celebrated my father's 80th birthday with family (12 people) and 2 dogs, and we had a wonderful time. The very spacious property is completely fenced, providing a great space for the dogs to run around. The many seating and retreat areas also offer plenty of space for a larger number of guests. We were certainly thrilled with the very well-equipped, generously laid-out accommodation. Thank you for the lovely time!

Great country villa with a huge garden and converted barn.

We had the pleasure of staying at Landhaus Vogt over Pentecost and I can only warmly recommend this house with all its associated amenities. The villa is beautifully held in the old country house style and offers enough space for 10-12 people to get lost and stay. If that's not enough, there is also the huge converted barn, where you can find a wide range of activities from billiards to table tennis to pass the time. In good weather, you can also spend time in the huge garden overlooking the lake (on which you can also spend time on the boat from the house's own dock). The Vogt family and the on-site property manager, Mr. Popowicz, were always quick to help with organization matters beforehand and on-site. Great location.

Great house with very nice hosts!

We (11 adults and 1 child and 1 dog) had the opportunity to stay in this historic house for a week in March.
A lot has already been written about the house and it is all true and even more beautiful.
The occasion for our trip was my husband's 60th birthday.
There was a lot to clarify in advance, and the Vogt family was very friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end.
They helped with getting fishing permits, ordering cakes and tortes, putting together the catering for dinner with all our intolerances and wishes. The order at the Gospoda Wiejska had to be translated, and Mrs. Vogt helped me with that, and in the end, we were rewarded with very tasty and visually appealing food. I can highly recommend it!!!
We celebrated in the barn. Mr. Vogt will now make sure there are 2 heat sources inspired by us, so that it will be nice and warm in the barn even on cold days. There is a TV in front of the bar in the barn. We connected our technology, set up our big speaker, and could play it loudly... The Popwicz family, who are the managers of the estate, are very nice and always there.
We were allowed to arrive earlier and determine the handover time ourselves at departure. During a power outage, Mr. Popowicz was immediately on hand and had to replace a part. After 2 hours in which we set up candles and lit the fireplace, it created a wonderful atmosphere, everything was back in order. The power also held up for the rest of the time. Mr. Popowicz is always reachable, really top-notch! A big thank you to the Vogt family for the entire organization beforehand, the numerous messages and phone calls that led to a wonderful celebration.
We will definitely and wholeheartedly recommend them!

Great for large families

There is nothing to complain about here. Everything is in top condition. The 2 kitchens are very well equipped and the rooms are very spacious. Everything corresponds 100% to the description and the pictures are up to date. We would definitely plan another vacation here. Here you will find a lot of peace but also enough variety to withstand rainy days.

If you love the country house style, this is the right place for you. This idyllic country estate, located near a fishing lake, leaves nothing to be desired and is unparalleled in its size and value for money ratio. Among other things, the main house is lovingly decorated with historical pictures on the half-timbered walls. The two kitchens in the house are fully equipped. For leisure activities, there is a barn with dart, billiards, foosball, and other activities. The fishing lake, surrounded by reeds and water lilies, invites you to take a small boat tour. Its habitat is very interesting for exploring rare animals and insects.

If possible, we would visit this country estate again soon and, of course, highly recommend it.

Dream house by the lake!

Wow, what a great country house. Lovingly rustic and yet modern in many corners. The house is huge and the garden is huge. Our many children loved it. The lake is very idyllic and great for fishing. Unfortunately, we had bad weather, but fortunately we spent it in the cozy party barn. Special praise also goes to the super nice caretaker!

The old pictures of the house and its condition in the 90s are also impressive, it's amazing what a gem it has become today.

The location is naturally very remote. For excursions, you have to be prepared for longer car rides. Or you can just relax on site. In the immediate vicinity, I recommend the artificial sand dune Pomorska Góra Piasku. Almost feels like being in the desert.

We will definitely come back!

Place of well-being in Poland

We really enjoyed our week at the Vogt family's house. Not only the whole property, but also the incredibly friendly contact with the landlords is really something special! The house, which we and our children perceived more as a villa, is exceptionally well maintained and beautifully furnished. Both kitchens are equipped with everything your heart desires, so you can indulge in culinary delights. The fireplace in the upper living room provided us with an even cozier atmosphere on rainy evenings, and the sun terrace invites you to a great breakfast with a view of the lake when the weather is nice. The highlight - for us and our children - was of course the barn, where you can spend several hours a day without boredom, not only on rainy days. Despite a few hours of rain, we were able to use the rowing boat easily, as there is a small scoop vessel on the private jetty, with which you can quickly empty the boat yourself after a lot of precipitation. Although the wifi did not always work optimally, even our media-spoiled children did not have any bad mood, as there is simply too much to explore and do on the property. Dear Vogt family, thank you very much for the wonderful time out and every communication with you!

A place to feel good!

For our family vacation, this place was the optimal choice. The house is nice and spacious, with plenty of room for families with children. It had everything our hearts desired. The house is beautifully prepared and decorated with great attention to detail. It has its own unique charm. The electronic devices are new and we didn't miss anything. The barn is perfect for rainy weather and time flies by there.

The property is very well maintained and spacious. So there was plenty of space to play and have fun. Since the house is somewhat secluded, it is the perfect place to escape everyday life and find peace. However, for excursions, one had to accept longer travel distances and always needed a car.

Nevertheless, we have two small comments: Unfortunately, we couldn't use the rowboat because it filled up with water due to the rain. Maybe a cover could help.

The Wi-Fi unfortunately didn't work very well either. We couldn't really use it.

The landlords and the property manager were very nice and helpful, and we are very grateful for our wonderful vacation.

Became convinced regular guests

Next year we are already going for the third time to the Vogt family's house. The property is very well maintained, lovingly furnished and excellently, sometimes even luxuriously equipped. The plot offers enough space for wonderful development with the barbecue area, the play field, the private jetty with boat, and the party barn, which gets more beautiful every year, is the perfect place to celebrate extensively. The house itself is ideal for a large group of travelers with 2 kitchens, bathrooms en suite, a large terrace, bar, and fireplace. We truly don't come back for no reason.

Beautiful house

We were 10 people and 1 dog. We enjoyed the week very much
The house, the property, the lake and the play barn are amazing. There is something for everyone. Whether relaxing on the sun lounger, fishing on the lake or playing in the barn....everything was great.
There was nothing missing in the house itself. Plenty of crockery, pots, pans and household appliances. Everything was available. Each room was beautifully furnished down to the smallest detail. Every one of us felt at home here
We were received very nicely by the house manager and could always reach him if we had any questions. Thank you very much.
Many thanks also to the owner of the house, Mrs. Vogt, who was always very nice and friendly before and during our stay.
In the village itself there is a small shop and a restaurant. We can highly recommend the pizza in the restaurant....mega delicious

Dreamlike house at the lake

The house offers a perfect balance between functionality and aesthetics. The furnishings consist of many antique pieces of furniture, beautiful carpets, wooden floors, matching accessories and restored half-timbered walls. The technical equipment such as dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, shower, Wi-Fi router etc are all modern and work perfectly. The landlords obviously make the greatest effort to keep the house and garden in perfect condition. We used everything the house and property had to offer in the two weeks: the wonderful barbecue area, the barn with electric dartboard, table football, billiards and table tennis, the fireplace, the deck chairs and even the football goal and trampoline.
The lake in front of the door, with its own jetty and boat, is idyllic in itself, and the view of the lake from the roof terrace is particularly beautiful. We also fished for several pike and perch there, so anglers get their money's worth. The landlords helped us get a fishing permit in advance, so we also fished in the surrounding waters. We used the house as a couple and had our grown-up sons visit us for days, but because of the numerous beds and bathrooms and the basically completely self-contained flat on the first floor, you can easily use the house with three families. The huge property is dog-proof fenced. In the village there are "corner shops" and a restaurant with very friendly service. In the immediate vicinity we used the many nature reserves for hiking and garnished the whole thing with excursions to the sea. We especially recommend a visit to Darłowo (formerly Rügenwalde), where there are also very nice shops (arts and crafts, clothing) and historic buildings (castle, town gate, church). Conclusion: We were absolutely thrilled by this half-timbered castle, we would love to take it home with us.

sehr schönes Haus

The house is super nice, very clean, and spacious. With twelve people, you have enough space and activities. It was submitted with love and has everything you need. The converted barn was a hit, especially in bad weather. The surroundings are quiet, and you don't disturb any neighbors. We would love to come back.

Total super ?

We were five families with small children and totally enthusiastic about this beautiful property.
It is very spacious, well laid out, and has everything you need for a holiday.
Although we couldn't use everything in the winter, we had a lot of fun.
Especially, of course, the top floor as a lounge area, and the super cool party barn.
It must be said that a lot of love and passion has been put into it and still is, as seen in a few small construction sites. All in all, a great location, dream house with property and barn, super nice landlords and caretakers, shopping and dining in the village and also things to experience all around. We will definitely come back.
Thanks again to the landlords. And maybe next time we will have a spare day.

Great holiday home for the whole family

The holiday home with a plot of land and adjoining play barn is absolutely recommended. We lacked nothing, it was very clean and there was plenty of space. The property is completely fenced. However, smaller dogs can fit under the gate entrance.

Unfortunately, the pond cannot really be used for rowing, it is covered with creeping plants, which make rowing very laborious.

Highly recommended is the restaurant in the village, which is only open until 6 p.m. The menu is only available in Polish, but the staff is very friendly and helps with translation. Otherwise, it is a very small village that does not offer much, a car is essential. Also, the leisure activities nearby (if it's not necessarily beach weather) were rather limited for us. So, if you are simply looking for peace, this is the right place.

Pure hospitality!

We stayed in this wonderful house with three adults and four children. It surpassed everything we have experienced in holiday homes so far! The house has an atmosphere and is very lovingly and tastefully decorated. On the ground floor, there are three spacious double rooms, each with its own bathroom. Everything needed for daily cooking and baking was also available. The location is great with direct access to the lake and beautiful walking paths through forests and meadows. Shopping options are available with two small shops in the village or in Bobolice, which is a ten-minute drive away.

Due to the current restrictions because of the coronavirus pandemic, we couldn't do much. However, this was not too bad, as the house with the adjoining play barn (table tennis tournaments were held), the very spacious garden, the barbecue area, the fishing lake, and the great surroundings provided plenty of alternatives!

We felt very comfortable and can recommend this house 100%!

Familienurlaub

Very nice quiet house in a small village right by the lake. There are two small shops for groceries and bread directly in the village. However, a bit of Polish should be practiced beforehand. Restaurants nearby are not geared towards tourists.
The property is completely fenced and provided with a gate to the lake. We were 7 people and had more than enough space in the large house with 3 small children (8 months to 4 years). We found everything we needed. (Washing machine, dryer, high chair, step stool for the sink, gate for the stairs, etc.)
Unfortunately, we had a lot of rain and couldn't go swimming in the beautiful lakes nearby. Instead, there are many forests to walk, jog, play, and gather blueberries. The day passed too quickly even in the rain playing table tennis and table football. And during rain breaks, the small playground outside was wonderful. The fishing permits were already organized in advance by the Vogt family for the anglers, so that the rivers and lakes could be explored from the first day.

We had a great time and felt well taken care of!

Relaxing family vacation

Everything was tip-top, we have recovered very well. The house has everything you need for daily life, even entertainment was provided (table football, billiards, table tennis). Enjoy a pleasant rest and relaxation in a beautiful house surrounded by a picturesque landscape.

The holiday home Landvogt is a well-equipped, clean, and spacious house where we stayed with 10 people and 2 dogs over New Year's. As mentioned in previous reviews, both the garden area and the walking paths through the surrounding forests are ideal for a holiday with dogs. The care was also very nice, Mr. Józef is very helpful and easy to talk to. A larger shopping possibility in a supermarket can be found in the town of Bobolice, located 10 minutes away. All in all, we had a great holiday that we really enjoyed.

Wohlfühlhaus

We were 8 people in the Landvogt holiday home during the October holidays. This house, lovingly furnished, thrilled us all. We were 2 seniors, 4 middle-aged people, 2 teenagers, and 2 dogs. Plenty of space to relax, play, cook, and dine, pure coziness. The park-like garden, equipped with many seating options and direct access to the fishing lake, has a newly built pier with a fishing boat. In the lake, there was a 96 cm long and 8.5 kg heavy pike caught by our son. All in all, it was a wonderful and relaxing time for us in this very well-maintained house, and plenty of space for the two dogs in the beautiful garden. The caretaker, Mr. Joseph, was extremely friendly, showed us everything calmly, and gave helpful advice. We thank the Vogt family for allowing us to spend our holiday on their property. We will definitely come back and will gladly recommend the house to our friends and family.

Wonderful nature holiday, ideal for dogs and children.

The Landvogt House is a very high-quality holiday home that leaves nothing to be desired. Ideal for dog owners as the property is securely fenced and there are beautiful walking paths in the area. A few minutes' drive away, there are beautiful lakes for swimming, and within walking distance, there is also a nice small Polish restaurant. The manager, Mr. Josef, is very friendly, helpful, and very punctual.
