The apartment is located in a quiet housing estate surrounded by single-family houses and has a spacious terrace from which you can observe the surroundings. There is a set of garden furniture and a sunshade on the terrace. The property has 2 bicycles that can be used free of charge during your stay.
The apartment is prepared for 5 people. It has its own independent entrance from the outside. The spacious living room is connected to the well-equipped kitchen. Separate is the bedroom and bathroom with shower. A washing machine is included.

The apartment is located in such a place that you can conveniently get from here both to the quieter beach on the west bank of the river (Parseta), as well as the louder beach on the eastern bank of the river, where more attractions (water sports, etc.) await.
The biggest attraction of the Kolobrzeg health resort is undoubtedly the wide, sandy seaside beach. In addition, there are many walking routes in the seaside park, along the seaside promenade, along the historic pier, in the old town. It is worth visiting the local lighthouse, visiting the oceanarium, seaport and cathedral.
Attractions in the neighborhood: for families with children, we recommend going to the Pomerania Fun Park. It is a year-round park located in the village of Dygowo (about 15 km from Kołobrzeg). It offers numerous carousels and trampolines. There is a Viking village, a petting zoo and much more. In Kołobrzeg, it is also worth going to an Indian village, where you can get to know the regions of the cultures of the indigenous people of North America.
Within 3 km from the apartment complex there is a marina where you can rent water sports equipment, as well as the Milenium sports complex with an indoor swimming pool with attractions and tennis courts. There is also a canoe rental on the bank of the river (Parseta).
The R-10 international bicycle route runs through the resort, making it easy and pleasant to visit the neighboring towns by bike: Grzybowo, Dzwirzyno, Sianozety, Ustronie Morskie.
