Semi-detached house renovated in 2019 in Kolczewo, only 1 km from the swimming lake Kolczewskie and 3 km from the Baltic Sea. The accommodation is ideal for those seeking tranquility and nature lovers or families with children. The communal garden offers plenty of space and there is a children's playground next to the house. It is a very good starting point for excursions to the sea and the countryside. The 60 square meter property is on the ground floor and has a living room, bedroom, dining room, open kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room, as well as a covered terrace.

The holiday home is simply furnished, but furnished with love. A large meadow with a swing, slide and seating invites you to relax. The landlord's dog is very friendly and fond of children. There is the possibility to store bicycles, with these you cycle only 15 minutes to the beach on the Baltic Sea. There is a well-stocked supermarket in town. We have already decided to vacation there again.
