Former farmhouse with romantic tiled stove, renovated with great care, in the middle of the Kaiserwinkl region in the Bavarian-Tyrolean border region (600 m above sea level). The house is located on the outskirts of Kössen, directly on the road to the Kitzbüheler Alpen, which also takes you to St. Johann and Kitzbühel, for example. You can relax wonderfully in the beautiful garden house and the romantic Walchsee can also be reached quickly. All water mermaids, hikers and cyclists are in good hands here.
Activities nearby: There are two renowned 18 hole golf courses nearby and sporting activities are on offer for the more adventurous. B. rafting, paragliding on the Unterbergerhorn, high ropes course and much more

The house is cozy and clean. There is a garage for the car. In the garden, there is a grill with a table and chairs. Since the house is close to the road, it was a bit noisy, but it didn't bother us. We particularly liked that the house is isolated from others, so we could let the dog roam freely in the garden. There are many beautiful places to walk around. One downside is that there was no internet.

The property is unique thanks to the local host: extremely nice, impeccably clean, and well-equipped. It is truly a unique and authentic experience. Just a note, Belvilla by Oyo is a management company that sends a separate document with confusing taxes, cleaning fees, and check-in procedures; Airbnb should not allow this outside their system, as advertised.
