Large chalet with enough bedrooms. It was sufficient for us. Kitchen was fine, but 4 cooking zones and 1 sink for 20 people is too little. Coffee pot from the coffee maker was missing. No TV reception. On the 1st floor, there are 2 showers, no bathtub. A number of mattresses really need to be replaced, as well as some wardrobes and nightstands. The keys did not fit the bedroom doors. The owner did not come by even once. We could not find a charging station. Everything could have been cleaned better.

House is fine. Kitchen is large, but 4 small hot plates for a group of 24 people. Cups, mugs, and glasses could be expanded if you are with a large group. Bathrooms on the 1st floor are perfect. 2nd floor was very dark (little lighting in the hallway). Cleaning could be better.

overall a nice stay, the good: roomy house well divided, with the sleeping quarters upstairs, and the kitchen living area downstairs. the kitchen is actually well equipped and there is bonus fridge. what can be improved: even though the beds are new the mattresses are all packed out and sleeping can be uncomfortable.

The house was of adequate size for our group of 22 people. We particularly liked the new kitchen, which also served as a common room, as well as the renovated bathrooms on the first floor. Overall, however, the house is in a loveless and rather neglected condition. This is evident, among other things, in furniture that has been poorly repaired with tape (a bed on the second floor, a wardrobe on the first floor) or in missing glass panes in the drafty simply glazed double doors or windows. In the various pieces of furniture on the ground floor, there are random objects, and in some places in the house, there are mold spots (including in the large common room on the ground floor). The location near the ski lift facilities in Kaltenbach and Fügen is good, so overall, thanks to the great weather, we had an enjoyable stay over the New Year.
