The holiday home "Kleiner Mann" is a charming former farm worker’s house. It is a listed building and has been completely and elaborately renovated according to building biology principles.
The interior design is especially tasteful and matches the charm and character of the house.
In every single room, the attention to detail is evident.
Bedroom: double bed, second TV, tiled floor, underfloor heating as well as radiator
Living room: fireplace, flat-screen TV, stereo system, underfloor heating
Free Wi-Fi is available.

In the kitchen: there is a 5-burner gas stove with oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer combination, microwave, blender...
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, an infrared sauna, a washing machine, underfloor heating, and an additional radiator.
The open ceilings give the entire house plenty of light and spaciousness.
Furthermore, the house has a wooden garden terrace with garden furniture.
For the little ones, a travel cot and a high chair are available.
Bed linen and towels can be provided on request at a price of €17 per laundry package.
Alternatively, you can bring your own.
The entrance area, the ground floor including the shower are at ground level.

The "Little Man" holiday home is located in an idyllic, dreamy, quiet, classic round village.
Rysum is located approx. 10 km west of Emden, in the immediate vicinity of the North Sea. In Rysum you will find endless paths along the dyke for walking, inline skating or cycling.
In the village, just a few metres from the holiday home, you will find a bakery.
Rysum is a dreamy, picturesque village in the heart of East Frisia, about 12 km west of Emden. It belongs to the municipality of Krummhörn and has about 750 inhabitants.
Rysum is one of the "jewels" of the Warfendörfer and has already won several awards.
The village is adorned with lovingly restored red brick houses and old gulf farms.
In the middle of the village you will find the church, with the oldest organ in northern Europe that can still be played. A few metres away is an old, restored mill, which can also be visited. From here you have a fantastic view of the Wadden Sea.
In a few minutes you are at the dyke and in the nature reserve.
You could almost believe that time stands still here.
The people here are extremely friendly and helpful.

Cancellation terms:
The tenant is entitled to withdraw from the contract before the start of the rental period. In the event of such withdrawal, the lessor will claim compensation: Withdrawal up to 45 days before rental starts: 20% of the rental price Withdrawal 44 to 33 days before rental starts: 30% of the rental price Withdrawal 32 to 22 days before rental starts: 60% of the rental price Withdrawal 21 to 12 days before rental starts: 80% of the rental price Withdrawal 11 days before rental starts: 90% of the rental price

The prices in the low season are 79 euros per day for 2 people, for each additional person 5 euros per day.
