The standig individually holiday home, built in 1980 and renovated in 2018 is modern and luxury furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet, sunny and secluded location at the edge of the woods. This property is a family-friendly and romantic accomodation. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, climbing frame, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, fire place and dog house. Whirlpool in the garden usable spring / summer / autumn. Sauna barrel in the garden for sole use all year round. Completely fenced in to allow dogs to run freely. Own garden.
Location
Witra, 1200 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 1500 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The newly renovated house with its own garden allows you to enjoy the peace at 1200 altitude. There is also a separate garden section with a 1.80 m fence to allow dogs to run freely on the property. Quietly located on the edge of the forest, great opportunity to hike, bike, or go for long walks with your dog. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted, length 1 m). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot on the property, the street in front of the house and a parking lot in the village (distance 1 m). The car is parked directly at the holiday home for free
