Description

The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house and is rustic furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods.
For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility and garden furniture. Smoking.

Location
Mölbling, 900 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, limited by a hedce. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance.
The access goes via a side road (asphalted). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot in the garage and on the street in front of the house.

Special
Air conditioning / heating: central heating (oil). Facilities: internet access (WLAN), washing machine and dryer. TV reception takes place via satellite.

Pool
Outdoor pool (5.4 m x 7.2 m, depth 1,50 m, for sole use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the beginning of October.

Dogs
allowed. Free of charge.

Shopping opportunity 5 km, restaurant 300 m, town center 5 km. thermal bath, indoor swimming pool, sauna each 20 km. railway station, discotheque, doctor, pharmacy, bank each 5 km. Klagenfurt: airport 25 km and cinema 35 km. Railway line 5 km. Main road 5 km. Children's playground 500 m.
In summer:
Längsee 15 km in Längsee (private beach 15 km in Längsee with meadow and bathing plateaus). tennis in 5 km. Längsee: golf 10 km and mini golf 15 km. horse riding in Mölbling 7 km. water sports, boat rental, boat launch each 35 km in Wörthersee. Wörthersee 35 km.
In the winter:
Ski lift 25 km in Klippitztörl. Ski area 25 km in Klippitztörl (Eberstein-Saualpe). trail in 4 km. ice skating in 5 km. ski rental, ski school, sledge slope each 25 km in Klippitztörl. The skiing region Eberstein-Saualpe is a wonderful panorama skiing region with view above Carinthia. State-of-the-art T-bar lift, skiing lessons for children. Ideal for learning skiing and for sunshine ski running as well as for ski mountaineering or snowshoeing. The skiing region Schleppe-Alm Funkpark is located 30 km off, near Klagenfurt. Ice skating at Längsee 15 km.

Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with dining area (4 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer.

It was a fantastic holiday and everything was perfect.
Our landlords are just hearty and help wherever possible. Also our two dogs felt well.

It is very quiet there, street noise is not heard. The view was wonderful, the garden was just there for us. The kitchen was very well equipped.

The apartment is super great equipped, very clean and the landlord very nice and always careful, all ok. is. The access road is not a gravel road, as indicated, but asphalted and easy to drive.
It was a completely successful holiday for us.
