Modern and well-equipped apartments with a shared indoor and outdoor pool. The residence is located in a new, elegant tourist complex not far from the beach and close to the historic center of Caorle. The old town, which impresses with a cathedral from the 11th century, can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. Small winding streets and the houses painted in typical Venetian colors give the old town its very special charm. WiFi only in the pool area. 1 parking space included, another can be reserved on request for a fee. More flexible check-in times would be great. Check-in should be possible in the morning if the app was not occupied before. We booked the Superior large apartment for 8 people with a garden request. On-site, we were then told that these apartments are all on the top floor. The travel operator should also know this.

According to documents, the agency should be open from 8am to 8pm. We arrived at 2pm and there were already about 30 people waiting. There was a sign outside saying "Lunch break from 1pm to 1:30pm". Finally, someone came at 3pm. It was very annoying on the day of arrival. The vacation rental was then very good.

The following points we found to be very positive: Pool area with sun loungers included, top apartment with everything you need, 2 beach loungers + umbrella included, good location with short walks to the beach or to the center of Caorle, private parking space assigned to the apartment, neat and well-maintained complex, all in all a very nice stay.
