We had to indicate in advance what time we arrived (between 16/17), we arrived at 4:45 PM and when we checked in, our house was not yet clean. Had to wait outside for over an hour. Once we had the key and walked to our house, the cleaners were still busy. After they had left on wet floors, unpacked the stuff and guess what? The cottage is not clean at all, kitchen cabinets are greasy, handles contain food residues. Everything is dusty, sticky and dirty. Really a huge downer for the start of our holiday!!!!!
