Elegant resort with pretty green walkways that resemble the alleys of Venice. You are just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful sandy beach with its small beach bar. The Villaggio consists of modern, charming apartments, terraced houses and villas and is characterized by a very special feel-good atmosphere. A small, typically Italian market takes place every Thursday in the “Piazzetta Commercial” courtyard at the entrance. The restaurant, a coffee bar and the pasticceria in the complex give the feeling of staying in your own little village. If you like an active holiday: A cycle path takes you directly from Altanea to the historic city center of Caorle, which will enchant you with its well-preserved medieval center.

Very nice complex with well-kept outdoor area, We were a total of 6 people and had booked apartment type 4, With 6 people you feel quite cramped in this apartment, Also, on arrival, the apartment was not particularly well cleaned, The equipment of the kitchen is somewhat poor, The phone often did not work, The location of the apartment was very good, We had a direct view of the pool, Also, the location of the resort we felt not so bad, To the beach, of which we were positively surprised

We were on holiday with 2 children (4/2) and were more than satisfied, The complex is very clean and the flat (type 4) was super furnished, You could reach the beach perfectly with the children via a footpath and was a maximum of 10 minutes away, A small criticism of the pool: A slide for the kids, or an entrance via stairs would be useful additions, We will definitely book there again next year,

The price/performance ratio was not right: the equipment of the accommodation did not correspond to the internet description, e.g. there was no microwave

This was the second time we stayed in this complex, booked through another tour operator - although it was Whitsun, it was much cheaper in comparison (price/performance perfect!) This time (as we wanted to go together with friends) in August too expensive for an app, Absolute luxury were the two bathrooms! And a dishwasher and a washing machine (brilliant!), Suggestion for improvement would be a coffee machine in the app, from 4 pers,/ also it would be useful to have an inventory list,,,,here you could check off what is in the household or immediately indicate defective things! We had water leaking from the fridge - after we didn't know whether it was a dishwasher/water tap or what exactly was leaking, we reported it and within 10 minutes the caretaker was there! And that on the day of arrival!!! Afterwards the cleaning lady even came and wiped it away and left us towels and rugs! Service and cleanliness in the complex top! The rooms could be a bit cleaner (but not too bad!) - it's just the south :-) Also the girls at the registration desk are super nice and friendly! The beach is in a natural state but still very nice! It was a relaxing and wonderful holiday! LG M+H

Reception is not manned all the time, or only until 6pm, which is not advantageous for such a large complex if you still need bus tickets, for example, and quiet time at the pool is very annoying, restaurant at the complex unfortunately not so great,

Unfortunately the flat was extremely damp and it was impossible to sleep in the downstairs bedrooms or to store laundry as it was constantly damp all week. The floor always looked like it had been freshly washed and the toilet paper could be used as wet wipes after a few days, so the stay was not really a relaxing week's holiday and we left on Thursday!
