In the green northwest of the island, in the district of Nisporto, you will find the terraced apartment complex built on the rocks, with direct access to the sea via a private path. In the 1950s, the former villa was transformed into a residence by Italian film directors. It is 600 meters to the romantic beach bay (fine pebbles) of Nisporto. It is particularly popular with water sports enthusiasts and beach holidaymakers. This is what your holiday residence offers: 10 residential units, reception, garden furniture, outdoor shower, parking lot (distance 200 m) Extras included: 10% discount on a sailing course at the Elba Sailing Club in Maggazzini Activities nearby: From A narrow staircase leads to a small, approx. 10 sqm large rock plateau. You can get over the rocks in several places directly into the sea, which is very deep in some places and therefore unsuitable for non-swimmers. Also visit Portoferraio and stroll through the streets of the Italian city. When the weather is nice, a crossing from the port in Portoferraio to the mainland is also worthwhile.

The direct access to the sea should be improved, a coffee machine would also be nice, the support provided by Angela and Mario is first class!

We really liked the location, even though the driveway was exciting (very narrow and only possible for experienced drivers), the apartment was clean and simply furnished, swimming over the rocks was great! Much nicer than the recommended beaches, Clear water

Praise: The location of the accommodation is very good! Great praise to TUI Wolters, since the tender corresponded 100% to reality, special request (apartment at the top) was fulfilled, a lot of relaxation was possible and no unpleasant surprises, suggestion: better expansion of the access road on the last 400m

Getting into the water could be improved, the directions still contain a wrong name: the restaurant downstairs is called Aquasalata, but Cota Quinta is well signposted, but the road is very, very narrow, we recommend a small, especially narrow, rental car! Angela (and Camilla) are very nice and extremely helpful

The property has a fantastic location and is architecturally remarkable, unfortunately the cleanliness and equipment (dishes) of the apartments leave something to be desired, the condition of the outdoor area is okay, but already has some deficits, the care of the outdoor area should be intensified, nevertheless: great area for a relaxing holiday in a dreamlike landscape and in a magnificent location!
