It was 14 fantastic days. The landlords who live right next door and only speak Italian were always super helpful with the 'Google' translator. Upon arrival, you would be welcomed with homemade antipasti and red wine. The place, the house, and the people are simply fantastic and incredibly friendly. If you want action and wild life, you should avoid this peaceful place.

We received a warm welcome from the landlady and manager. As a greeting, we were given antipasti and freshly baked bread. The property is very well-maintained but remote. Since we had a car, this was not a problem. The only disturbing thing was the howling of the dogs.

We had a great vacation with our family and 2 children in the house. The landlady is super nice, as is her family. The house is very big and beautifully located in the countryside, completely away from the village. Therefore, we always had to use a car to drive to Francavilla. So, a car is essential.
