A shuttle service (for a fee) takes you to the beach or to the center of Loano at fixed times. The coastal town of Loano is a pretty place with small, winding streets lined with beautiful palazzi. A visit to the castle in the center of the old town is worthwhile. If you like it a bit more sophisticated, you should make your way to Monaco. The city-state is only 110 km away, making it an ideal destination for an extraordinary day trip.
