House 82, type Wildgans, is located on the edge of a well-kept holiday park directly on the edge of the forest on a 360m² plot just a few steps from the lake. The Scandinavian construction (built in 1996, detached house) with open gallery, the large windows and the wooden construction provide a pleasant bright, light-flooded atmosphere.
The house has a generous amount of space (approx. 90 sqm living/usable area), see floor plan homepage. It is fully equipped with a total of 6 beds, underfloor heating, sauna, fireplace and terrace to the garden and offers comfort for everyone.
In addition to the electric heating in all rooms, additional underfloor heating in the bathroom and living room-sitting area, a fireplace stove provides cosy warmth even in winter.
In the living area there is a colour TV (satellite TV), DVD player and mini-stereo system (radio/CD/cassette).
Board games and extensive information material are available for our guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, water boiler and refrigerator
Downstairs bedroom with double bed (160x200), large wardrobe.
The bathroom was renovated and modernised in 2016, ground-level shower and adjoining sauna.
Upstairs gallery with sitting area (popular playroom for children), desk and French bed. Bed, a children's room with 2 single beds, storage room with walk-in wardrobe. The storage room was also converted in 2016 in favour of a second bathroom/WC.

The holiday park Mirow-Granzow am See is located in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District directly at the 318 km² Müritz National Park. Its idyllic location offers holidaymakers peace and quiet, relaxation and a wide range of opportunities for active holidays.
The modernly furnished holiday home - House 82 - is in a preferred location directly on the edge of the forest, only a few steps away from the lake.
In the Mirow holiday park you will find a child-friendly bathing beach, an adventure playground
an adventure playground, sports field, football field, beach volleyball courts, table tennis and basketball facilities as well as a mini-golf course and a canoe station.
The bicycle rental also offers go-karts for the younger guests.
There is a small supermarket in the immediate vicinity of the reception.
The "Seerose" restaurant in the aparthotel, the "Pfannkuchenhaus" (pancake house) and the "Entenhausen" bistro also cater for physical well-being. The "Räucherhof" with typical dishes of the region such as the Mecklenburg fish platter, perch, pike or smoked eel - all fresh from the smoke - is also recommended.
For horse lovers, there are also ponies for hire, riding lessons and carriage rides.
The passenger boat tours through the water lily paradise are highly recommended.
The passenger ships dock at the nearby jetty in Granzow.
There is no shortage of leisure activities here.
The Mecklenburg Lake District is a dream for water sports enthusiasts, nature lovers and anglers. The small town of Mirow is 3 km away (good shopping facilities), has developed into a popular holiday resort and lies on the Müritz-Havel waterway. The Mirow lock forms the connection between the large lakes and the Kleinseenplatte. The romantic castle island with the historic gatehouse (built in 1588), the residential castle (birthplace of Queen Sophie Charlotte) and the Johanniter church are worth seeing.
From Mirow, excursion boats sail daily across the Mecklenburg Lake District, for example to Waren or Rheinsberg.
The Mecklenburg Lake District is a paradise for canoeists and nature lovers and is ideal for paddling. The Müritz is the largest inland lake in Germany
The 318 square kilometre Müritz National Park is part of the
Mecklenburg Lake District, which was formed years ago during the Ice Age. Whether as a hiker, by bicycle, in a horse-drawn carriage or in a canoe - the National Park invites you to discover and linger at any time of year.
With its diversity of birds, the Müritz National Park is a top destination for ornithologists. More than 30 species of songbirds have been recorded breeding in its forests.
Of the 16 species of birds of prey in Germany, 12(!) raise their offspring in the national park.

Cancellation terms:
Cancellation Policy as per Terms and Conditions: A necessary cancellation of the trip must be communicated in writing. In the event of a withdrawal from the contract, a processing fee of €50.00 will be charged in any case. If the booked vacation home cannot be rented to someone else, the landlord is entitled to compensation according to the following scale: - more than 75 days before the start of the trip: 10% of the booked accommodation price - from the 75th to the 46th day before the start of the trip: 25% of the booked accommodation price - from the 45th to the 30th day before the start of the trip: 50% of the booked accommodation price - from the 29th day before the start of the trip onwards: 75% of the booked accommodation price - in case of no-show or premature termination: 100% of the booked accommodation price The cancellation fee will be offset against the deposit.
