Pretty apartment building with two comfortably furnished holiday apartments on the first floor in a sunny location just 850 m from the fine sandy beach. The charming Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz is located in the north of the sunny island of Usedom and is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts alongside the 3 imperial spas. The long beach stretches all the way to Poland and is ideal for long walks on the beach. At the beginning of the 20th century, hotels and guest houses were built here in the well-known spa architecture, which together with the spacious promenade create a beautiful picture and invite you to stroll in the evening.

Activities nearby: The 315 m long pier on the beach in Zinnowitz is perfect for strolling, but also serves as a pier for excursion steamers. If the sun doesn't shine, just visit the Bernstein-Therme with its 850 square meter seawater swimming area.

So far, everything was fine. A bit noisy. The furnishings were somewhat outdated.

Usedom has lived up to its name as the sunny island, even in mid-October. The holiday apartment is beautiful, very quiet, and not far from the beach. From here, we took many beach walks or walked to the pier. The holiday apartment has two bedrooms and is well equipped.
