This modern and inviting holiday apartment was completely renovated and furnished in the winter of 2026. A brand-new kitchen with modern appliances awaits guests. The bathroom is also new and modern. This holiday home is located in an apartment building just 300 meters from the sandy beach and promenade in the small, family-friendly Strandidyll holiday complex, in the building closest to the beautiful, long beach. It is situated on the ground floor with its own terrace in a quiet location. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The master bedroom features a new double box-spring bed. Guests arriving by car can park in the parking space belonging to the property. Trassenheide is a quiet seaside resort in the north of Usedom, popular with both those seeking relaxation and water sports enthusiasts. The somewhat livelier town of Zinnowitz is nearby, and the three imperial seaside resorts of Bansin, Heringsdorf, and Ahlbeck are also easily accessible.

Activities nearby: The Usedom Railway stop is 900 meters away and takes you from Peenemünde to Świnoujście across the entire island of Usedom. You can use the railway free of charge with the Usedom Card. Badminton, a fitness center, a sauna, and squash courts are located nearby. Visit the "Upside-Down House" near Trassenheide and feel like a fly on the ceiling. There's also plenty to do at Trassenheide's children's play area. In my opinion, advertising this holiday apartment for 6 people is rather greedy, I don't want to go on a 2-week holiday, constantly getting the bed in and out in the living room

The garden around the cottages was very neglected, the terrace was in very bad condition: there were 2 dirty tables, a pile of dirty chairs
