It is part of a whole chain of Bodden waters in the Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park. Thousands of cranes rest here in autumn and offer a spectacular natural spectacle. The Bodden is an ideal area for all kinds of water sports and is also very popular with anglers. The well-known sights of the island such as the chalk cliffs, the Granitz hunting lodge or the white town of Putbus can be reached by car in less than 45 minutes.

We really enjoy the peace here and the great view of the water.

Very beautiful house with a view of the Bodden from one of the upper bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are unfortunately only poorly darkened. The kitchen is well equipped. There is enough cutlery and sufficiently large pots and bowls for 6 people. The only thing we missed was a baking tray in the oven. The house is very idyllically located in a holiday home settlement. Far away from street noise and busy shopping promenades. You can only hear the wind, the seagulls, and the birds chirping. However, this also has the disadvantage that you have to travel long distances for shopping and tourist attractions. For the first 3 days, we had an ant infestation in the living and dining area. After rearranging the existing ant baits, they were gone. We definitely felt very comfortable.

The accommodation was well equipped in itself. What we unfortunately have to criticize is that the accommodation was not cleaned upon arrival. . . . In every room, there were piles of used towels and bed linen. Additionally, neither vacuuming nor dusting had been done. There were hairs and crumbs everywhere, unidentifiable liquids in the bathroom and sauna. . . . Dirty toilets - sinks - mirrors - surfaces. After a 4-hour journey, we first had to spend 1 hour. Cleaning The fact that the accommodation is in continuous use and small things are defective does not bother anyone; one does not ask for much, but cleanliness can be ensured. Small tip: For the grill, it could additionally be included in the folder that butane instead of propane is needed to avoid costs. If one is clueless, at least one knows what needs to be purchased. From the faux pas with the cleaning, we can say that overall it is a very quiet and very beautiful location of the accommodation.
