A very well-maintained small holiday complex on the outskirts of Kühlungsborn, the spa town with a promenade, a 240-meter-long pier, an idyllic concert garden, and an Art Nouveau art gallery. The beach is just a 10-minute bike ride away. It's also a perfect location for excursions to Rostock and Warnemünde, or a tour on the nostalgic "Molli" seaside train to Bad Doberan and Heiligendamm.

Activities nearby: In the Kühlungsborn city forest, just 100 meters from the beach, in the middle of a green oasis, lies the Kühlungsborn Climbing Forest. Climbing, swinging, and flying through the forest – various courses await young and old. A boat trip to Warnemünde is a must. The journey there takes about 90 minutes. In the port of Warnemünde, you can marvel at the large ferries and cruise ships up close. Incidentally, just outside of Bad Doberan, a summer toboggan run has been inviting visitors to thrilling descents for several years.

The TUI house is 2-3 m away from a road triangle with extremely loud car and truck traffic, the bedrooms are small without a bedside table, have no space, the landlord became very loud with complaints and he could be even louder, no blackout on the windows

The house was very nice, the keys were handed over very well, the owner was very nice, explained and showed us everything, we had our own parking space at the house, the village was very nice and you can go for nice walks on the beach,

Keys were handed over quickly, electrical devices were not explained, the playground and the devices were neglected and dirty, the sauna was locked and only available on request, there was no bread service,

It was a very successful holiday, the accommodation was great and the landlord was very nice, courteous and helpful, we will definitely be back next autumn,
