Spend carefree days at the beach, keeping your valuables safe in the house safe. Your vacation home is located in a quiet residential area directly behind the dike. The beach is quickly and easily accessible by bike through the salt marshes.

The small seaside resort of Neßmersiel offers many recreational opportunities, such as mudflat hikes to the islands of Baltrum and Norderney, as well as combinations of canoeing and cycling tours to explore the surrounding area.
