Newly built! Spacious maisonette apartment with a balcony and a view of the Fleesensee. However, your temporary home not only scores with its excellent location, but also with its modern furnishings, tasteful colors and free WiFi access. The lake is only 150 meters away, an idyllic swimming area is 800 meters away and there are numerous water sports opportunities in the lake landscape around Malchow. Not to forget the picturesque, historic core of the island town, which is also a health resort. Malchow is also called the island town, because the oldest part of the town is on an island in the middle of the lake, which is connected to the mainland by a swing bridge. Today, the bridge is not just a technical monument, but rather the city center, landing stage for passenger ships and a tourist attraction with lots of gastronomy and great flair. Everything you need is there. The stairs take some getting used to. Wool blankets are missing and the garden is not accessible. Otherwise, everything is great!

We are very satisfied with the vacation apartment. It is clean and has everything you need. The communication with the landlord is very pleasant. The only note... the lock cylinder on the apartment door needs to be replaced, it is a bit stiff. Otherwise, we can recommend the apartment and Malchow.

We had a fantastic family vacation here, The summer toboggan run nearby was a highlight for the kids, and the apartment had everything we needed, It was clean, cozy, and decorated with a lovely touch

The flat is nice. Sufficiently equipped and in good condition. In my opinion, the spiral staircase is not in good condition and the concept should be reconsidered. Unfortunately, the apartment door can only be locked from the inside, it can only be pulled shut from the outside. The location and the surroundings take some getting used to. The proximity to the center is given, about 450m to the swing bridge. The bathing area / the city pool is about 1.5 km away, just renovated and very nicely designed. The street of the apartment does not exist on Google Maps. But it exists locally. A demolition factory is on one side, on the other backyard residential development. Otherwise no real road, rather hilly dirt road. View from the balcony to the lake - unfortunately only when standing - is given and very nice. Unfortunately it is the only apartment in this house and one of the neighbors does a lot to make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The parking situation is not good. Mainly because that neighbor likes to take several of the 4 available for himself, although he also has a garage. Unfortunately, the garage for the holiday apartment is not available.
