The town of Tanne is quiet but still very central in the Harz Mountains and offers you good opportunities for excursions in the surrounding area. The best way to explore your holiday destination is on the circular hiking trail (7.5 kilometers) marked with information boards. Sights include the village church from the 17th century and the Heimatstube. At the same time, one of the oldest ironworks in the region was located in Tanne.

Overall, we were satisfied. It was a pity that there was no thermos in the house for 10 adults. Only upon request was one brought to us the next day. The oven was still dirty. Additionally, there were many ants in the kitchen.

We really enjoyed it. The house is minimalist but equipped with the essentials. We lacked nothing. The swimming pool and the sauna were a great addition to the outdoor activities. Right behind the house, there are hiking options to various neighboring villages, even up to the Brocken. Great. We can definitely recommend the holiday resort.

We were very satisfied with the house. The rooms and bathrooms were cozy and functionally furnished. The only downside was that the kitchen equipment could be a bit more extensive. Dishes, glasses, and various kitchen utensils were missing. The dishwasher on the upper floor was defective. The TV on the ground floor does not work in both rooms.
