The house has aged. The wooden floor is very worn. The tiled floors in the kitchen corner, in the hallway, and in the bathroom are cracked and/or the joints have come loose. The heating system cannot be regulated understandably - either extremely hot or occasionally off. Furthermore, cleanliness leaves much to be desired: cobwebs inside and outside, the floor (the small corners) unclean, dog hair everywhere, and there were 6 large piles of dog feces on the property (in one, I naturally had to step). The beds are very small and the wooden floor creaks endlessly, so a trip to the bathroom wakes up all the sleepers. Moreover, there is hardly any standard equipment such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, cleaning supplies, or dishwasher tabs available. The hotel located 600 m away offers a small swimming pool (without soundproofing) with a tiny changing room and noticeable chlorination.

Overall, we were satisfied. It was a pity that there was no thermos in the house for 10 adults. Only upon request was one brought to us the next day. The oven was still dirty. Additionally, there were many ants in the kitchen.

Poor cleaning condition. The holiday home needs maintenance in various places or repairs must be made (front door is difficult to lock, various paint repairs, etc.). Freezer door in the refrigerator is defective. Cobwebs throughout the house. Carpet strips loose, cabinets and drawers defective, toilet paper and towel holders loose, bathrobe hooks broken, curtains currently torn, etc. The condition of the house does not justify 4 stars or the price.
