We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The location is peaceful, but just a short train ride from the heart of Berlin. The garden was a lovely place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. Highly recommended for families!

The apartment was cozy and inviting, decorated with a personal touch. The kitchen had all the necessities, and we especially enjoyed the nice bath after a day out. A solid choice for a base near Berlin.

Nice landlord. Simple and quick key handover. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The decor style was older, but everything was impeccably clean and in order. The only downside was the mattress on the "window bed" in the bedroom on the right, which wasn't great. But if that were replaced, it would be perfect. The apartment was wonderfully warm. Unfortunately, while we were there, it rained and snowed, so the heating was perfect. There was a large supply of toilet paper and kitchen paper. That was really nice. Everything was available, from the washing machine, to the dishwasher, to the hair dryer, iron, a radio, and a television with many channels. The access to one of the bedrooms leads through the bathroom. This means that if the bathroom is occupied, no one can enter or exit that bedroom. However, there is no key for this door. We knocked as a signal. For us, it was not a problem. One should just know it. From the living room to the hallway, there is only a very thin curtain, no door. A car is sensible, but not absolutely necessary. You can easily get to the Spandau Arcades (M 32) or to the "Theater des Westens" (M 49) or to the Zoological Garden by bus. There is also a McDonald's and a Netto store (the one with the "dog" in the logo) within walking distance, about 1 km. A flashlight is recommended, as it gets very dark on the way in the evening. Oh yes, I found it unattractive that the front door was so heavy to open and close, as I really feared standing there one evening and not being able to unlock it. But it always worked out somehow. Parking was available right by the house. I would 100% want to stay here again when I visit Berlin.

Uncomplicated check-in, friendly owners who also have no problem with not-so-quiet children, fenced parking directly on the property, spacious apartment with everything you need, furniture somewhat aged but everything clean and functional, and above all, great price-performance ratio. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. We appreciated the comfortable living room and the nice kitchen. It is also a plus that you can fish in the nearby pond. Overall, a very practical and pleasant stay.

The vacation rental was not occupied by us. This had the following reasons: - Internet rating 9.0, on-site by belvilla 8.6 as "award"; does not correspond to reality. Please take photos! ! ! ! - Pictures on the internet of the white fence, pretty view were far from the truth. Huge locked metal gate. - Apartment totally worn out, old style, dark, uncomfortable, colorless. - Our grandchildren were scared and we were all in shock. Such a thing with a high rating. - Every year we book a vacation rental, that has never happened before.
- The children only wanted to go home.
- We expect that reputable companies conduct an on-site inspection. This does not seem to have been the case here. Here, the landlord is trusted.
- A booking here can definitely not be recommended. It was a disaster.

A beautifully located holiday apartment, very quiet, cozy living room, excellently equipped kitchen with a large table and a view of the garden, spacious bathroom. Very good starting point for many cycling tours both along the Havel with many beautiful, smaller places as well as to cultural destinations in Potsdam and Berlin, with connections to DB (Dallgow-Döberitz) and U-Bahn (Spandau). The apartment is highly recommended.

Not recommended! The apartment was not clean. We are not fussy, but when cobwebs are hanging from the ceiling everywhere, that's unacceptable. The furniture is very worn and dirty/stained. Such an apartment can no longer be offered.

We absolutely loved our time here! The proximity to Berlin is great and the surrounding nature is beautiful. We enjoyed the hiking trails in the Döberitzer Heide and even spotted some wild horses. A truly relaxing getaway.
