Modern renovated apartment in a quiet location just 5 minutes from Berlin's city limits. The 3,200 square meter courtyard/garden property borders directly on the Döberitzer Heide and therefore offers you a very good starting point for hiking and cycling, as there is a 3 km long circular route through the nature reserve. With a stop just 800 m from the property, you can be in the center of Berlin in 20 minutes by public transport. Highlights included: final cleaning, heating and electricity included Activities nearby: by arrangement, you can fish for sturgeon and carp in the hotel's own pond. Separate building with sauna, whirlpool, shower/toilet. Here you can use fitness equipment free of charge. In the Döberitzer Heide nature reserve, only about 3 km away, created by the Heinz Sielmann Foundation, 60 km of riding, cycling and hiking trails offer pure relaxation for everyone. From a lookout tower you have the opportunity to observe wild horses and deer at the drinking trough. You have to bring your own linen. Mobility: Not suitable for people with limited mobility.

Enormous large apartment, equipped with all amenities, furniture is somewhat dated, nicely centrally located, private parking for the car behind a secured gate. We will definitely return.

Nice landlord. Simple and quick key handover. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The decor style was older, but everything was impeccably clean and in order. Only the mattress on the "window bed" in the right bedroom was not so great. But if that were replaced, it would be perfect. The apartment was wonderfully warm. Unfortunately, while we were there, it rained and snowed, so the heating was perfect. There was a large supply of toilet paper and kitchen paper. That was really nice. Everything was available, from the washing machine, to the dishwasher, to the hairdryer, iron, a radio, and a television with many channels. The access to one of the bedrooms leads through the bathroom. This means that if the bathroom is occupied, no one can enter or exit that bedroom. However, there is no key for this door. We knocked as a signal. For us, it was not a problem. One should just know it. From the living room to the hallway, there is only a very thin curtain, no door. A car is sensible, but not absolutely necessary. You can easily get to the Spandau Arcades (M 32) or to the "Theater des Westens" (M 49) or to the Zoological Garden by bus. There is also a McDonald's and a Netto store (the one with the "dog" in the logo) within walking distance, about 1 km. A flashlight is recommended, as it gets very dark on the way in the evening. Oh yes, I found it unattractive that the front door was so heavy to open and close, as I was really afraid of standing there one evening and not being able to unlock it. But it always worked out somehow. Parking was available directly at the house. I would want to stay here 100% again when I visit Berlin.

Not recommended! The apartment was not clean. We are not fussy, but when cobwebs are hanging from the ceiling everywhere, that's unacceptable. The furnishings are very worn and dirty/stained. Such an apartment can no longer be offered.
