Cottage with kitchen,bathroom,dining area,1 living room,1 bedroom. In the living room there is a foldaway bed. In the bedroom there is a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, crockery etc) and adjoins the dining room. The house has gas central heating.
Quiet location,terrace with table and chairs,use of garden with sunbeds. The house is situated on a fenced plot and borders on a wooded area. Car parking space (included in the price) is available.

Location between B5, B2, A10. The house is quiet. Transport connection to the city is on foot äfte for food etc on foot in about 5-10 minutes and lakes located close (about 5-15 minutes by car). Small but nice
Everything was perfect. There was plenty of room for two people. The furnishings are above average. The landlords are very friendly. Gladly again.

Ideal for trips to Berlin
The cosy holiday home is very well suited for excursions to the city centre and the surrounding area because of the very good public transport connections to the Spandau train station and also to Potsdam.
The hosts are super nice.

Gerne immer wieder.
Waren im August 2015 zum 1 ten mal da, und müssen sagen das wir zu 100% rundum zufrieden
waren mit der Ferienwohnung.
Fam. Henning hat durch uns neue Stamgäste dazu bekommen.

Already the 2nd time here
Again we spent a lovely week in the holiday cottage in September. We feel comfortable there because, although on the landlords' property, we are to ourselves. However, if we have questions or want tips, the couple are happy to provide information.We had our bikes with us this time too and are always thrilled by the bicycle-friendly surroundings. On the other hand, the connections to public transport are within walking distance
on foot. We have not been there the last time.

Nettes Häuschen
Das Ferienhaus ist in einer ruhigen Gegend, sehr schön gelegen, im Garten der Familie Henning. Sehr nette Vermieter mit Tips für Berlin. Wir hatten die Fahrräder

Niedliches Häuschen
Ein nettes kleines Ferienhaus, hinten im Garten des Vermieters gelegen. Sehr ruhig und trotzdem alles notwendige in der Nähe (Bäcker, Supermarkt, Bus- bzw. S- + U-Bahn Haltestelle, Havelstrand mit Yachthafen, Ausflugslokalen usw.).
Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist zweckmäßig und ausreichend.
Die Vermieter sind gerne bereit nützliche Tipps zu geben, die uns als "Erst-Berlin-Besucher" sehr geholfen haben.
Auch lohnt es sich das Fahrrad mitzubringen, da es sich im Umland herrlich radeln lässt.
Auf diesem Wege noch einmal vielen Dank an Familie Henning von Udo + Christiane Hansmann aus Karlsruhe.
