Beautiful forest house, very well maintained, clean, totally cozy, very spacious, everything you need is there, absolutely quiet location, outdoor area well-kept forest character, space for children and dogs to romp, area not completely fenced (which was not a problem for us, our dog is too lazy), very nice contact with Mr. B. (caretaker of the holiday home) and a very nice contact with the landlord Mr. S., thank you again, yes, we will come back.

A rustic house, well equipped, plenty of space, large grounds. We were 10 people (retirees) and felt "absolutely great" there. The house is also fantastic for families with children. There are many games and the large grounds invite play. A few steps down a small slope and you are at the super clear Werbelinsee. Not far away, there is an excellent fish restaurant - highly recommended. For hiking enthusiasts and cyclists, the landscape offers endless possibilities. Thank you!

Beautifully located, surrounded by a lot of greenery, direct access through a small forest to the lake with a dock, ideal for large families like ours. The house and property are large/spacious - our boys could run around a lot, swing, play table tennis. The kitchen is well-equipped. One or the other might need to get used to the old charm of the house and the many deer motifs. For us, that happened quite quickly. Everything is clean and tidy. The wood for the campfire must be brought along. The fire pit is well secured with stones, but due to a very high metal ring, you can't see the fire from the benches while sitting, which is really a shame. The small round grill is also one size too small for the number of people, so you might have to bring your own. Otherwise, we had wonderful experiences and have already booked for next year.

Very beautiful, lovingly furnished old hunter's house. Each room with a sink, so you can also live comfortably in a large family group. On the ground floor and 1st floor, there is one toilet with a shower each. Small kitchen, but mega equipped, you really don't need to bring anything. Large property with a fire pit, it is almost by the lake. (no direct access within the property) You reach the lake via a steep path down. Below is a hiking trail around the lake (well visited) and right a dock into the water. Overall a great environment, unfortunately there are motorboats and jet skis on the Werbelinsee, so that on nice days you feel like you are sitting on a highway. On May 2nd there was still an event at the outdoor pool (about 1 km walking distance, with loudspeaker announcements from around 8:30 AM throughout the day. This unfortunately greatly diminishes the overall picture. The hoped-for peace was not to be found.

A wonderful place for large families, the garden is a dream, as it is very natural. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired - enough dishes, glasses, etc. You are quickly at the lake and playgrounds. So: absolutely recommended.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful house! It is very large, so everyone had enough private space to feel comfortable. The house is perfectly equipped, the kitchen really offers everything you need, and more. There are many games for young and old, so it never gets boring even in bad weather. Our dogs loved the huge garden, and the really clean lake is just a short jump away. We enjoyed every minute and will definitely come back!

Old forester's house with character. Rustically furnished. Kitchen and house are very well equipped. Right on the lake. Just a short 50 m slope down and across a footpath, then you are right on the water. In winter you have a direct view of the lake. In summer the view is probably blocked by the leaves of the trees. The house is in a very quiet location and has charm. It is highly recommended and we felt at home.

The entire house was totally dingy, the toilet and shower in both bathrooms were leaking, the tap water stank, so we didn't use it for cooking or brushing our teeth, it is very dark throughout the house due to the trees in front of the house

The house is very beautiful (with a lot of history) and nostalgic, it offers enough space for more than one family, the location is fantastic and invites you to take long walks on the beautiful Werbellinsee, the kitchen equipment is great (large pots, several pans and enough crockery and cutlery) - you can even bake - everything is there, the fridge is big enough and a second one is available in the basement, the only drawback at the moment: it has to be heated in cool temperatures
