Large XXL house in an idyllic forest setting in the Barnimer Land region, just 100 meters from Lake Werbellin. The 1.3-hectare garden/natural plot with its own lakeside dock, fire pit, and small wooded area is located in a truly tranquil setting at the end of the Altenhof district. A small forest path leads directly to the clear, clean waters of the lake, where you can jump from the dock into the cool water. The tranquil village has its own marina, a small beach promenade, boat rentals, and two public swimming areas.

Activities nearby: Lake Werbelin is extremely popular with anglers, as it is home to many fish species (including pike, perch, catfish, eel, roach, and tench), and there are numerous easily accessible fishing spots around the lake. Fishing from a boat is also permitted. Fishing licenses are available on site for a fee.

A rustic house, well equipped, plenty of space, large grounds. We were 10 people (retirees) and felt "absolutely comfortable" there. The house is also fantastic for families with children. There are many games available and the large grounds invite you to romp around. A few steps down a small slope and you are already at the super-clear Werbelinsee. Not far away, there is an excellent fish restaurant - highly recommended. For hiking enthusiasts and cyclists, the landscape offers endless possibilities. Thank you!

Beautifully situated, surrounded by a lot of greenery, direct access through a small forest to the lake with a dock, ideal for large families like ours. The house and property are large/spacious - our boys could run around a lot, swing, play table tennis. The kitchen is well-equipped. One or the other might need to get used to the old charm of the house and the many deer motifs. For us, that happened quite quickly. Everything is clean and tidy. The wood for the campfire must be brought along. The fire pit is well secured with stones, but due to a very high metal ring, you can't see the fire at all while sitting on the benches, which is really a shame. The small round grill is also a size too small for the number of people, so you might need to bring your own. Otherwise, we had wonderful experiences and have already booked for next year.

Very beautiful, lovingly furnished old hunter's house. Each room has a sink, so you can relax even in a large family group. On the ground floor and 1st floor, there is a toilet with a shower each. Small kitchen, but mega equipped, you really don't need to bring anything. Large property with a fire pit, it is almost right by the lake. (no direct access within the property) You reach the lake via a steep path downwards. Below is a hiking trail around the lake (well visited) and right next to it a jetty into the water. Overall a great environment, unfortunately there are motorboats and jet skis on the Werbelinsee, so on nice days you feel like you are sitting on a highway. On May 2nd, there was still an event at the outdoor pool (about 1 km walking distance, with loudspeaker announcements starting around 8:30 AM throughout the day). Unfortunately, this totally diminishes the overall picture. The hoped-for peace was not to be found.
