From the roof terrace you have a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea and the outdoor area also invites you to relax outdoors. As a special highlight, the kitchen of your holiday home has a Thermomix device ready for you, so that you can conjure up a variety of delicious dishes.
The small village of Benissa is one of the oldest towns on the Costa Blanca and is home to the 16th-century Lonja (auction hall), which currently hosts various traveling exhibitions. Overall, the municipality includes 4 km of coastline, consisting of numerous small bays, sandy or pebble beaches and cliffs. The small harbor bay of Benissa Costa is ideal for water sports such as sailing, kayaking and diving. Or explore the rugged coastline on foot on the Eco Coastal Path, which is accessible all year round.

Perhaps the on-site conditions should be compared more closely with the property descriptions - or at least checked from time to time to ensure that they still correspond to the facts!

The house could use a little investment here and there, but overall our holiday here was fantastic. The pool is ideal and the temperature inside, both in the living room and bedrooms was very pleasant. Walk down about 150 meters and you will arrive at the beautiful beach of Cala Avocat. We want to return.
