Our house is centrally located in the triangle of Nuremberg, Franconian Lake District and Ansbach. Only 2 km from the BAB exit Neuendettelsau. You will enjoy the peace and spacious surroundings of a former farm with garden, playground, ....
Our house is very conveniently located for the Playmobil Funpark Zirndorf (12 minutes by car).
Within a radius of 1-5 km there are leisure pools 4 modern outdoor pools, food markets, sports facilities. 2 riding stables with rental facilities within 0.5 km.
In our neighbourhood there is a reasonably priced and very good Franconian food restaurant within walking distance of Neuendettelsau, Petersaurach, Windsbach or the Hohenzollern town of Heilsbronn. By car, the surrounding cities of Nuremberg, Schwabach, Zirndorf (Playmobil FunPark 15 min.!) Ansbach can be reached in a short time.
There are many popular excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity, such as the towns of Wolframs Eschenbach, Schwabach, Ansbach, the Bavarian Hunting Falconry in Schillingsfürst, the old imperial cities of Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Dinkelsbühl and of course Nuremberg with its imperial castle.
The open-air museum in Bad Windsheim and the margrave's castle in Ansbach are also worth a visit.
The beautiful natural landscape invites you to go for long walks, hikes (hiking trails) and bicycle tours (cycle paths). It is also only a stone's throw (approx. 19 km) to the diverse leisure facilities of the new Franconian Lake District with the Altmühlsee, small and large Brombachsee
