This tastefully renovated natural stone house is located on a picturesque Breton estate. The comfortable furnishings offer excellent living comfort at any time of year, making your Brittany holiday here very enjoyable even in the low season. The large, enclosed property is located in the rural commune of Plouégat-Guérand, on the border between Finistère and the Côtes d'Armor. An ideal location to discover the diversity and attractions of both departments. In Finistère, the beautiful bay of Morlaix and the town of Locquirec, a popular seaside resort with a fishing and marina and a small church worth seeing, are only 5 km away on a peninsula. In the Côtes d'Armor, the huge natural beach of Saint Michel en Grèves and a little further on the fantastic pink granite coast with the popular seaside resorts of Trebeurden and Perros Guirec. Experience not only inviting nature, but also a lot of history, interesting small towns, a beautiful rugged rocky coast and wonderful white sandy beaches.

Very friendly and helpful people.
The only downside is that you can not walk the dog here because the house is on a busy road and very noisy due to the busy road.

Very nice landlord, completely uncomplicated, the house is very well heated so it can also be used in winter, even if a beach is not within walking distance
