This holiday villa has been built in a fantastic location above the long dune beach of Meia Praia. Thanks to modern equipment and homely furnishings, you won't lack for anything here. Everyone is guaranteed to find a nice spot on the 3,500 square meter property. Enjoy the wonderful refreshment in the spacious private pool. The area is surrounded by a column balustrade and can be locked. The covered barbecue area not only invites you to spend comfortable hours outdoors in the evening and is guaranteed to be one of your favorite spots. The well-kept residential area above the well-known Meia Praia is in a quiet location. Nevertheless, you can reach the old town of Lagos by car in a few minutes. There is ample parking along Avenida dos Descobrimentos. All sights can be easily reached on foot from there. Activities nearby : Meia Praia is the well known surf spot in Lagos. You won't get bored here with beach volleyball, jogging or walking. Lagos Zoo (Parque Zoológico de Lagos) is located about twelve kilometers north-east of the city near the town of Barão de São João. The best way to explore the city itself is on foot. Stroll through the shops along the cobbled streets and sample local specialties in the bars and restaurants. Our tip: visit the city's marina. With its modern flair, shops, cafes and restaurants, it's a great place to sit back with a drink and watch the world go by. There are also two golf courses nearby.

+ The house is fantastic, Villa Mariposa is a really good place to be with a family, it is a very quite place, there is a lot of space, it is very clean and the outside area with a very nice pool and a barbecue is fantastic, + Very good service from the local people from Vilalia, They explain you everything and are very reachable by phone, - The roadmap to the house is wrong, There are a few new roundabouts so the description of the road needs an update, Also the indication of the position of the house on the google maps window of the website is wrong,

+ Fantastic place to stay, Very quite, a very clean house, a lot of space inside and a fantastic outside area with swimming pool and barbecue, The place to be for a holiday without stress, + The poolside can be closed off completely for small children , + It is very close to the town and very close to the beach, - The description of the road towards the house needs an update, There are a few new roads and roundabouts, Also the google maps plug-in on the website is wrong , The exact location of the house is 37° 7"23.95"N and 8°39"30.08"W
