Description
detached stone bungalow for five people, two large bedrooms. The house is bright, friendly, comfortably furnished and fully equipped.
On the ground floor there is a spacious sunny living room with open kitchen, smart TV, super view through many windows on beautiful garden and water.
Here you will also find a separate guest toilet.
On the first floor there are two large bedrooms, the bathroom has a walk-in shower and has recently been completely renovated. Here is a 2nd toilet.
The large fenced lush garden with lighting offers a lot of privacy, has its own jetty and a shed to store your bike safely.
Guests can fish, swim or motorboat from the on-site garden. (exclusive use for our guests)

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home, on the Europarcs IJsselmeer, is located near the oldest town Medemblik on the IJsselmeer. A short distance away you will find a lovely beach with typical Dutch beach restaurant and harbors.
The shops, supermarkets and restaurants and terraces are within walking distance. (1500 metres.)
You can also bring your own boat and moor directly at the jetty. You can rent bicycles and cycle through the countryside. With the steam tram you can travel to nice towns or to Hoorn. Next to the park the famous steam engine museum. The nearby Enkhuizen is also very worthwhile.

A nice holiday home in a beautiful area!
We had a great time in this house with everything you could wish for! It is a beautiful, sunny and very well-maintained house by the water, with its own garden and terrace. There is also a shed for bikes, which is very convenient. Medemblik is a very cozy town, but Enkhuizen and Hoorn are also recommended for a day trip.
recommend for: adventure and experience, seniors, holiday with children, cultural and sightseeing holiday, beach holiday

We have been enjoying our holiday home on the water for many years. Enjoy sailing with the motorboat and or fishing directly from our own garden with privacy. Our children and grandchildren also love to come here. Many old IJsselmeer towns, the afsluitdijk the IJsselmeer coast directly at the house, cycling opportunities and steam tram. Everything is possible. Holidays should be stress-free and fun, that's what we strive for and are always available
