Our holiday home Achterwasserblick is located in the former fishing village of Balm on a beautiful idyllic garden plot surrounded by trees, shrubs and flowering plants
The house offers space for up to 4 people.
There is one bedroom, a sleeping gallery, a living room with open kitchen, fireplace, dining area, sitting area, shower/WC, terrace with barbecue and garden furniture,
From the sleeping gallery you have a beautiful view of the Achterwasser.
You can already enjoy breakfast on the terrace.
A parking space for your car is available on the property free of charge.
The imperial resorts of Bansin, Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.
If you like cycling, you can explore the island on a well-developed cycling network. You can reach the Kaiserbad Bansin in about 20 minutes by bike.

The lake Balmer See, the Achterwasser, is located about 50m from our property.
There you have the possibility to swim at the jetty or at other bathing spots or to swim in the lake.
Away from mass tourism, you can enjoy a relaxed and peaceful holiday.
You can watch the white-tailed eagles, wild geese or wild ducks amidst the beautiful nature or simply enjoy the peace and quiet and let your soul dangle.

Beautiful relaxing holiday home
This holiday home is excellent for unwinding and relaxing. It is wonderfully quiet and surrounded by a lot of greenery. Those seeking peace will find it here. Everything needed for a pleasant stay is available. The garden and the terrace invite relaxation and enjoyment.

Beautiful location
I would take this small but fine house again. The landlords are really nice people. The surroundings are wonderfully natural, and you can also enjoy a 4-hour walk without a car.

Very beautiful and quiet accommodation
We spent 2 weeks here in lovingly furnished holiday homes! With nice weather, you can eat on the covered terrace. The garden is also very beautiful and offers quiet places to relax! From here, you can explore the island by bike or car, and there is no shortage of cozy little cafes and delicious restaurants in the area. Very nice landlords welcomed us. Thank you very much, we felt very comfortable!

Beautiful little holiday home
I felt very comfortable in the small holiday home. It was like a second home. Nestled in a beautiful garden. The landlords, the Zwanzig family, live around the corner and are very helpful. The holiday home is very lovingly furnished and very well equipped. The bread service is great. Wonderful countryside to enjoy. I have booked it again for this year.
