This new villa captivates with its top location, beautiful view and state-of-the-art equipment. It is located at a wide canal with direct access to the golf in the beautiful South West of Cape Coral. Enjoy an unforgettable vacation with all modern conveniences.
The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.
The living area is the perfect place to relax with flat-screen TV and Apple TV available for your entertainment. The master bedroom features slides with a direct access to the pool and a private bathroom with bathtub, huge shower and double sink. Two walk-in closets provides travelers with sufficient storage space. The second bedroom also has slides with a direct access to the pool and a private bathroom. The third and fourth bedroom are located next to it. Three bedrooms are equipped with king size beds and a TV.
The kitchen with adjacent dining area is spacious and comfortable with state-of-the-art equipment, including new stainless steel appliance and a Nespresso coffee machine. The spacious pool area is fully equipped with sun loungers as well as an outdoor lounge area to relax. You also hav a stainless steel BBQ Grill for sizzling steaks. The pool is operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. No more irritated eyes. Enjoy fabulous sunsets from the pool deck or at the waterfront. The gorgeous south facing view makes Floridas sunsets a special and romantic event.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. You can see the boats below the house description after the map. In the booking process you can choose your preferred boat.
In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.

Cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Kitchen very well equipped. Quiet neighborhood. Jacuzzi and pool were awesome. A little confusing how to get the jacuzzi working (look on the last page in the information booklet). I would recommend this house to anyone. Improvements could be: a) larger and more comfortable living room sofa b) higher quality toilet paper c) soap in all bathrooms d) clear instructions for pool use. We were both very pleased with this stay and would not mind coming back.

Beautiful home!
The home was exactly like the photos. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated with plenty of necessities (coffee machine, pool floaties, extra towels and blankets, cleaning supplies, etc.) The house is also in a great location. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet (perfect for nice walks) and the house is a short walk to the grocery store. We had a wonderful week here!
