Description
The flat is located on the first floor of a newly built house according to building biology principles. Warm colours (casein paint) and natural materials are used in the interior design. There is wall heating in the clay walls and underfloor heating for warmth under the feet. The bedroom can be disconnected from electrosmog.
In the middle of the flat is a spacious, cosily designed living room, where you and your children can easily stay even in bad weather.
The large tastefully furnished kitchen with a large dining table invites you to cook.
A modern bathroom is a matter of course.
Two charming bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) are available for restful nights.
From the large balcony, equipped with garden furniture, you have a beautiful view over the garden to the 30 m distant Plätlinsee with bathing area and sunbathing lawn.
You can park your bicycles or canoes on the property.

Cancellation terms:
The tenant can withdraw from the lease agreement in writing two months before the lease begins. The deposit will be refunded immediately minus a handling fee of €10.00. If the tenant withdraws later, the right to a refund of the deposit is forfeited. In the event of short-notice cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply: If canceled up to 45 days before the start of the rental period, 20% of the rental price up to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental price up to 20 days before the start of the rental period, 70% of the rental price from 7 days before the start of the rental period, 90% of the rental price. In case of early departure, the full rental price must be paid. The landlord is obliged to try to rent out the unutilized vacation apartment if possible. Until the accommodation is reassigned, the tenant must pay the aforementioned cancellation fees.

Paradise on the lake
Thanks to Corona, I was able to discover this little paradise on Lake Plätlin. The flat is very lovingly furnished. There are charming details everywhere, such as handmade candle holders made of clay. Everything is wonderfully tastefully coordinated. The accommodation is spacious, quiet and equipped with everything you need. The garden is also gorgeous. I was lucky and was there for the apple harvest. The location directly on the lake is great. It was too cold to swim, but just looking out over the water from the shore was pure relaxation. To warm up again after a long walk, you can enjoy the sauna directly below the holiday flat on the ground floor or make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace. I will gladly come again.

Simply brilliant.
We haven't had such a relaxing holiday in Germany for a long time! Thanks to Coronavirus?
In an absolutely idyllic holiday apartment on the beautiful Plätlinsee, we were able to explore the lake with our folding boat.
In the surrounding area, there are many interesting places and very good gastronomy with a good fish selection.

Actually, we didn't want to share this insider tip,
as our chances for next year might be in danger! Martina and Andreas from Saxony fell in love with Tuscany during their last holiday. They are dreaming of one day buying a small house there.

A great vacation
we have rarely experienced such a successful vacation where everything was just right. Accommodation, location, proximity to water, sports activities, letting your soul dangle..... Our grandson still speaks highly of the vacation. Even occasional rain showers could not spoil our mood at this place. We would love to come back next year. But unfortunately, the summer vacation period was already booked. Thank you, Bahtz family, for your decision and the enthusiasm to realize your dream of reconstruction and expansion.

Sehr schöne großzügige Ferienwohnung
The holiday apartment is spacious and not overcrowded, everything we needed was there, and very cozy! From here, you can cycle in all directions and always have beautiful reachable destinations. Very nice hosts.

Idyllic holiday flat by the lake
When travelling to a new region, you often don't know what to expect, but we felt very comfortable here from the first moment. Everything was just right: the nice welcome by the landlords with homemade plum cake, the cosy furnishings of the holiday flat, the beautifully landscaped garden with lovingly potted decorations and, last but not least, the immediate location on Lake Plätlin (without motor boats) surrounded by a nature reserve. There is also a playground with swings and climbing frame on the property as well as a large meadow for playing ball, etc. You can walk in all directions from here.
You can start from here in all directions, by canoe to the Havel, by bike to Rheinsberg Castle, to Lake Stechlin, to the Fleether Mill, to Mirow Castle Island, to Rechlin or to the residential town of Neustrelitz and much more. If you want, you can also go around the Müritz from Rechlin or Lake Tollense from Neubrandenburg. Excursions to Waren, Plau am See and the island town of Malchow are also highly recommended. If you also want to get a breath of Baltic Sea air, a day trip to Warnemünde is always worthwhile
So if you want to see, experience or explore the Mecklenburg Lake District by bike, boat, car or on foot and also relax in heavenly peace and quiet, you are in perfect hands here. You don't find such a gem every day. In Wustrow there is a small shop where you can get fresh bread rolls every day (even on Sundays) and there are also 3 restaurants
We can only recommend this dream holiday flat to nature lovers, those seeking relaxation and also active people.
