Description
Small but fine. Here you will find everything you could wish for during your holiday. The detached holiday home is cosy and furnished in rural style and offers space for max. 3 persons. On the ground floor are the living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower and toilet. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds. The beautiful and well-kept garden always offers a sunny spot. The covered veranda with large dining table is wonderful. The owner's house is located on the same plot and is inhabited by 2 people. Our guests have their own access and garden / veranda are used only by our guests. You have all the privacy you want during your holiday. A parking lot is available.

Location and surroundings of object
The cottage is only a few minutes walk from the forest and dunes. The pretty centre of Schoorl (800 m) offers everything - bakery, organic butcher, large supermarket, all kinds of shops, bike rental, excellent restaurants and cosy terraces.
Only footpaths and cycle paths lead to the beach through the wide natural area between Schoorl and the coast. In 5 minutes by car you are at the beach Camperduin. There's good parking.
Alkmaar and the IJsselmeer coast are also not far away. From Alkmaar you can reach the centre of Amsterdam by train in about 40 minutes.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung
Warm welcome and kind host. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. The covered veranda with outdoor kitchen and heater is wonderful.
