On the first floor, a stylish and very modern holiday flat awaits you, furnished with attention to detail.
The large and open living room has a comfortable seating area, flat-screen TV and DVD player as well as a sound system with Bluetooth speakers. The high-quality kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped with a microwave, Nespresso capsule machine, oven and dishwasher, and the kitchen island provides ample work space. A cosy dining area rounds off the living area. Directly from the kitchen, you can access the large south-west-facing balcony, which is equipped with a beach chair and seating furniture - where you can enjoy the sun
In the cold seasons, the crackling fireplace and the underfloor heating ensure a comfortable climate. The two bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed and a TV (lying area 1.80m x 2.00m). In addition to a guest toilet, the flat also has a large daylight shower room with sauna. The entire flat is equipped with roller shutters.
You can park your car at the house, WLAN is available and free of charge. A lockable bicycle room is available.
