Description

You will experience your holiday in a typical Tyrolean mountain area with fascinating panoramic views on the sunny side in the heart of the Zillertal! We offer you a 45m² studio for 2-3 persons! The studio is located in the basement with exit to the garden-terrace-grill fireplace. Bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin, tall cupboard, washing machine, hand and bath towels are provided. A comfortably furnished kitchen with dining area, electric stove, oven, extractor fan, coffee filter machine, toaster, raclette grill,
Kettle,egg boiler,hand mixer,microwave,fridge with freezer compartment,dishwasher and a Senseo pad coffee machine.
The living room/bedroom consists of a double bed for 2 persons and a couch with living room table, for three persons the couch can be exchanged for an extra bed, furthermore a Swedish stove (wood available), satellite TV/DVD video recorder, large sliding door wardrobe, bookcase.
Travel cot for small children, high chair available on request.
Cloakroom with ski boot dryer, side room - ski storage

Covered free parking lot directly at the house.
Parking spaces for motorbikes and bicycles
Unfortunately the ski bus Regiotax is not available because of Corona. Taxis with costs can be ordered at any time.
In winter snow chains must be carried. From 01 November winter tires mandatory !!!

Location and surroundings of object

Our region is a typical Tyrolean mountain area. Stumm is located on the sunny side of the Zillertal valley in the center and is 10 minutes from the center of Stumm km from the motorway exit Zillertal Wiesing. A bypass road to the place of rest and relaxation opportunity. There is some truth to it, when experts say mute has the most beautiful village square in Tyrol. No wonder if such a setting is used repeatedly for theatrical productions, or as a film set.

Very nice beautiful accommodation

We had 2 great vacation weeks in Stummerberg and a very loving, nice landlord. We had great weather and a beautiful, clean, wonderful vacation apartment. Holiday apartment with dog

A very beautiful and spacious holiday apartment. It is very clean and everything you could need in a holiday apartment is available. The holiday apartment has a separate garden with garden furniture and a barbecue option. Our dog and especially we felt very comfortable. The landlady is very friendly and warm. The surroundings are also very nice.

Dreamlike!

We have stayed in several holiday flats, but this one surpasses everything we have seen so far. The furnishings are simply top, the cleanliness impeccable, the location and especially the view unbeatable! In addition, the landlady is very kind and cordial..
We are totally thrilled and felt incredibly comfortable.

Stunning holiday flat

This was our first holiday in the Zillertal. We are thrilled! This is by far the best we have ever experienced. The weather was very nice and therefore we had a fantastic view of the mountains all around. The flat was absolutely perfect and so clean. Nothing was missing. Just shopping and relaxing in the garden. The price is also unbeatable...and also the landlady welcomed us very, very warmly and made it possible for us to have a wonderful stay there. We are thrilled!!! Absolutely recommended...!!!!!!

Entspannung Pur

We spent two wonderful weeks of vacation with the Gruber family. The apartment lacks nothing, everything is available (from hairdryer to dishwasher), very well-maintained and clean. A very successful holiday, also for us as a small family with a child.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Der Ausblick von der sehr schön gestalteten Terrasse spricht für sich.

free time activities: In näherer Umgebung ist sehr viel zu erleben, so dass zwei wochen schon fast nicht ausreichen, um alles zu erkundschaften. Egal ob Sommer oder Winter, langeweile kommt nie auf.

shopping facilities: In dem im Tal gelegen Ort, befinden sich mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Genauso in jedem anderen Ort in der Umgebung, die Preise und Angebote sind ähnlich derer in Deutschland.

Friendly and helpful landlords, extra requests are fulfilled if possible, for example, got fresh hand and bath towels twice, my son was sick, we were driven to the doctor.
The apartment is well-equipped, the only thing missing is a dishwasher, but according to the landlord, it will be installed in the summer. We will definitely vacation with Grubers again. I think it's especially nice in the summer because of the large garden and balcony.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Herrliche Aussicht auf die Zillertaler Berge und auch ins Tal,haben sehr viele wunderschöne Fotos gemacht,ruhige und sehr sonnige Lage.

free time activities: Wir hatten einen Skiurlaub und sind jeden Tag mit dem Skibus zum Skigebiet Hochzillertal und zurück gefahren,ein herrliches Schigebiet,wir und unsere Kinder hatten sehr viel Spas.

shopping facilities: In dem Ort Stumm Gibt es gute Geschäfte wo man alles kaufen kann.
