The house is located only 250 metres from the beach, in the Redewisch residential park. The 2-room flat (50.05 m²) is accessible from the underground car park by lift. The apartment is 50 m² in size and has a cosy living room with kitchenette integrated into the living area. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, toaster and cooker with oven, extractor bonnet, freezer with freezer compartment. In the living room there is a sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th person and a TV with TV-3-SAT, as well as a stereo system. From the living room you also have access to the balcony, where balcony furniture is available in summer. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, shower, washstand and WC. In the bedroom there is a double bed with a large wardrobe.

The house is located in the Redewisch residential park. It is only 250 m to the beach and the steep coast.
It is 1200 m to the centre of the village, the pier.
With our bicycles, free of charge, you can reach the bakery as well as Markant market, Aldi etc. in 5-10min. Feel it! It is wonderfully quiet. It smells of space. The best prospects for extensive relaxation in Germany's third oldest Baltic seaside resort. Enjoy the lapping of the water on the jetty, the view over the sea, the charm of a natural landscape. Take a deep breath. In summer, the scent of camomile. In winter, a pleasant breeze of iodine-rich salt water pampers you.
The Baltic Sea is fantastically beautiful. Our fine, clean beach is a relaxing experience. The German Life Saving Association (DLRG) ensures the safety of our young and old bathers. A walk in the sand, a hike along the coast is wonderful. Or let the lake panorama take effect on you during one of the scenic boat trips. Baltic resort Boltenhagen.
