Beautiful luxury villa on the Costa Blanca, in the exclusive La Sella Golf & Spa Resort, near Denia, Javea and Moraira.

This exclusive and modern villa is situated on the best location of the resort La Sella with private pool, garden and various terraces.
The house is build on a garden of 1,000 m² and has been completely renovated, with its contemporary decor; the interior thanks to the large bay windows, enjoys a sea of light and is equipped with every comfort.
Outside, the villa offers a nice garden lighting, patio furniture, sun beds, a lounge area, awnings and a swimming pool equipped with solar panel heating that increase the temperature of the water and allows you to enjoy nice temperatures from April to early November.
La Sella enjoys an excellent climate with over 300 days of sunshine a year. Enjoy the sunshine the all day, your freedom and privacy, and the panorama with splendid views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Golf courses, the Montgo natural park and the sunset over the magnificent mountains.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped. (Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, plancha grill, kitchen appliances, Nespresso machine, iron/board, washing machine, dryer, etc.)
The villa features 3 air conditioned bedrooms, each with private bathroom, bathtub (1) or shower and toilet and beautiful views.
The spacious living and dining room is fully equipped with modern furniture, air conditioning, fireplace, 46inch LED TV, English, Dutch, French, German and many other international channels, DVD and WIFI internet.
The villa consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms, all with a magnificent view : a double bedroom with private bathroom, a bedroom with the choice of a double bed or two single beds and shower room.The third bedroom is a studio on the lower floor with separate entrance and accessible though an outdoor stair. There is also the possibility to choose between a double bed or two single beds. It also offers a second kitchen, an LED TV and a shower room and is ideal if you are sharing the house with friends or to give young people their own space.

Villa La Sella – simply breathtaking!
We stayed in the Villa La Sella this summer and were totally thrilled! The house is super beautiful, bright, and modernly furnished – you feel comfortable right away. It is really well equipped; there is truly nothing missing.
The view is amazing, the property very private and quiet – perfect for unwinding. The pool and the terraces are simply top-notch; we spent many relaxed hours there.
The contact with the owners was also super uncomplicated and friendly. We had a totally relaxed time and will definitely come back!

Perfect family vacation
We had a wonderful stay at Villa La Sella! The house was beautiful and super clean – everything was perfectly organized, so we could just relax and enjoy our vacation right after arrival.
Our children had a great time in the pool, and our dog was also warmly welcomed – unfortunately, that's not a given everywhere, so it was even nicer that everything was so uncomplicated here. The villa offers a lot of privacy, a great view, and is well-equipped – you can tell that the owners have really thought of everything.
We felt completely comfortable, thank you very much again.
