Holiday dreams come true here. Leave the stress of everyday life behind and enjoy the enchanting ambience of our Eifel-Lounge-Feinen. The fresh air, paired with a grandiose landscape, releases new energies. Our luxuriously furnished holiday home offers space for 4 people (+ 1 infant) on 90 sqm and is located on a completely fenced property. The beautiful terrace on the south side is partly covered with glass, so that you can stay there almost all year round. On it you will find the covered outdoor whirlpool, a Finnish sauna house (with a view into the distance), sun loungers, lounge furniture and a gas barbecue
About the interior: Our holiday home has 2 sloping bedrooms upstairs. One has a box-spring bed and SAT-TV and the other has two single beds. Furthermore, there is a guest toilet and a safe on this floor. In the basement, besides the living rooms (perfectly equipped kitchen and living room), there is a large bathroom with floor-level shower, bathtub with glass insert and a WC.

| For short stays (less than 3 nights) we charge a one-time surcharge of 80 euros. Minimum stay during holiday periods: 7 nights. On holiday weekends:4 nights. Children under 2 years are not counted as paying persons. |
Cancellation terms:
In the event of a cancellation, we charge the following fees: Up to 30 days before arrival: 15% of the rental amount. Between 30 days and 8 days before arrival, 50% of the rental amount is due, and from 7 days before arrival, 80% of the rental amount is charged.
