The holiday room is located in an apartment house, built in 1930, renovated in 2007 and is functional furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods.

The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 400 m). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.
