Description
The standig individually montain hut, built in 1930 and renovated in 2007 is in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. For use are available: parasol, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place.
Location
Tanvald, 560 m above sea level. The montain hut is located on a 2000 sqm, open forest plot with meadow, bushes and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house. It can be occupied as a whole (22 people) or only for 12 - 16 people, then there is a corresponding number of bedrooms available. Only small dog breeds desired The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 400 m). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot (for 8 cars) on the property.
Special
central heating (gas, wood / coal). In winter there is a fireplace in the common room and wood is available. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via antenna, electric wire. TV channels only in local language.
Dogs
allowed, CZK 150.00/pet per day.

Kitchen (20 sqm) with gas stove (8 flames), electric stove (ceramic hob), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (400 l, icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Separate toilet with shower, 2 sinks and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom (8 sqm) with 2 single beds. 2 bedrooms each (16 sqm) with 1 double bed. 2 bedrooms each (5 sqm) with 1 single bed. 2 bedrooms each (16 sqm) with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bedroom (7 sqm) with 2 single beds. Bathroom (16 sqm) with shower and 2 sinks. Separate toilet with 1 sink and WC. Separate toilet with WC.
2nd floor: 2 bedrooms each (20 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and sitting area. Bathroom with shower and 2 sinks.
