Partially fenced communal land with a wooden palisade. Elevated position in relation to the village of Mezzolago. Beautiful panorama with views of Ledro and over the valley. Access is via a field or forest road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) in a garage and on the property. Access to the house is via a secondary asphalted road.

Central heating (gas). There is a radiator in every room. The heating is independent with an LPG boiler. Washing machine. TV reception is via cable, satellite. There is a satellite TV with channels in Italian, English, German, etc.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.

Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the terrace. Kitchenette in the kitchen-diner with TV, dining area (5 places), gas hob (4 burners), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and access to the terrace. Separate WC with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
