The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building built in 2012, was renovated in 2021, and is furnished in the typical local style and practically equipped. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular also because of its quiet location. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, barbecue facilities, terrace, campfire site, and horse stable. Horse enthusiasts are welcome with or without a horse. Horse boxes can be rented separately. Riding lessons and rides for everyone, cycling and/or paddling for active holidaymakers. +++Please notify us in advance if you wish to ride.+++.

Lübben Spreewald. The holiday flat is located on a 15,000 sqm enclosed garden property with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The holiday flats BRA SPR 005 (2 adults + 3 children), BRA SPR 006 (3 persons), BRA SPR 007 (2 persons) and BRA SPR 016 (2 adults + 2 children) are located on the same horse farm. Apartment in unique natural surroundings, the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve “Spreewald”. Access is via a side road (paved, unpaved). Parking (for 6 cars) on the property.

Ground floor: Living room (35 sqm, walkthrough room) with seating area, TV, dining area (2 seats) and access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs). Kitchen in the living room with electric cooker (ceramic hob, 2 rings), extractor hood, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom (20 sqm) with 1 double bed.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: parking place, electricity, water, heating, bed linen, hand towels.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): Short stay surcharge (less than 3 nights) obligatory 15% per booking per stay.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 45 € per object per stay. local tax by local tariff. On request: breakfast 15 € per person per day. horse-back riding 35 € per person per hour. Horsebox 20 € per horse per day. For a fee: Baby cot (please order when booking), High chair (please order when booking).

The friendly atmosphere of the host family made our vacation very relaxing from the start. The farm is lovingly designed and maintained. The riding stable offers fantastic rides in the area, which were very enjoyable. All around: pure vacation.
