The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 2012, renovated in 2020 and is functional and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end, on a farm, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet location. For use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, climbing frame, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, fire place, court and stable. Horse friends are welcome with or without a horse. Horse box can be rented separately. Riding lessons for everyone, cycling, paddling for active vacationers. Playground in the yard.

Lübben Spreewald. The holiday apartement is located on a farm, on a closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The apartments BRA SPR 006 (1 x 5 persons: 2 adults + 3 children), BRA SPR 006 (2 x 3 persons) and BRA SPR 007 (2 x 2 persons) are located on the same horse farm. If you are interested in a riding lesson, please indicate this when booking. Apartment in a unique natural setting, the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve "Spreewald". Our apartments are located on a horse farm.
The access goes via a side road (unpaved). Parking lot on the property.

Bathroom (5 sqm) with shower, 1 sink and WC.
Top floor: Bedroom (20 sqm) with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed.

Included in the price: parking place, electricity, water, heating, bed linen, hand towels.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 3 nights) obligatory 15% per booking per stay.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 30 € per object per stay. local tax by local tariff. On request: breakfast 15 € per person per day. horse-back riding 35 € per person per hour. baby cot – please order at booking 10 € per bed per day. high chair - please order at booking 10 € per piece per day. For a fee: Horsebox.

But - no W-LAN In times when everything has to be booked online because of Corona, an important minus point for us. Child should get a riding lesson, no appointment found. Such things should be mentioned in advance. And in the Spreewald you need cash. Hardly any card payments possible. Although posters everywhere pay with "contactless as possible".
