At this holiday park in Hoofdplaat there is a beautifully situated and attractively furnished holiday home at number 152.
Unobstructed view from the back garden on the nature reserve behind, an oasis of peace and privacy.
The home has been furnished with a lot of love, taste and care. The walls are provided with beautiful soft colors that, in combination with the interior, give a warm feeling to those who enter the home.
Layout
When entering the house we enter the hall where the toilet and the coat stand are located. Through this hall we enter the comfortable kitchen with built-in appliances including a 4-burner gas hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, sink, microwave and a fridge / freezer combination. The kitchen has an open connection with the atmospheric dining room that offers a beautiful view of the garden and the nature reserve behind.
Through an open connection again we enter the cozy living room. This also has the same beautiful view of the garden and the green hinterland. The electric fireplace provides extra warmth and cosiness.
Next to the living room is a seating area located that can also be used as an extra bedroom or office. This room has an exit to the driveway. In this room there is a washing machine, tumble dryer and an extra fridge.
Both the dining and living room have French doors that give access to the intimate garden with terrace. The garden is attractively laid out with various seating areas and fruit trees.
Via the open staircase in the dining room we reach the landing of the upper floor.
Here we find three bedrooms and the bathroom. Two of the three bedrooms offer space for two single beds. In addition, the beautiful spacious master bedroom is located at the front of the house.
The bathroom has a shower, hanging toilet and sink with furniture.
The entire upper floor is characterized by the beautiful openwork hoods in whitewash finish, which give the rooms phenomenal space.
Bed linen, towels and other linen to be brought by the tenant:
-Duvet covers and pillowcases;
all 6 sleeping places have single duvets with the dimensions: 140 x 200 cm.
-Fitted sheets;
all mattresses have the dimensions: 90 x 200 cm.

Location and surroundings of object
The park is adjacent to the village of Hoofdplaat where a restaurant and snack bar are located near the park entrance.
You will also find a bakery in the village where you can buy daily groceries and a few cafes, a pleasant village with a good atmosphere.
In breskens, 8 km from Hoofdplaat, you will find various supermarkets (Plus and Jumbo) and various nice shops and restaurants.
In Oostburg, 10 km from Hoofdplaat, for example, you will find the Aldi, Lidl and AH.

The park is located in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen on the south side of the Westerschelde with Vlissingen on the other side of the water.
This part of Zeeland Flanders has beautiful walking and cycling routes and nearby Breskens offers beautiful sandy beaches, pleasant terraces and modern shops. Since March 2018, a part of the beach has been laid out for the park outside the dyke.
The particularly beautiful holiday park Village Scaldia in Hoofdplaat distinguishes itself by the very spacious, luxurious and colorful holiday homes. The park offers a lot of peace and space and is located directly behind the Westerscheldedijk in Zeeland Flanders.
The park has 2 playgrounds, a tennis court and a petanque court. There is also a lake / pond where you can fish. You can enjoy cycling and walking on the sea side of the dike.
Our home in the park is about 100 meters walk from the dike along the Westerschelde. There you have a wonderful view of the sea, the sandbanks that dry out at low tide and where you can see the seals. There is also the view of shipping to Vlissingen, Terneuzen and Antwerp. The sailing yachts from Breskens also enliven the sea view.
Along the dike is beautiful walking and cycling as well as along and through the inland and outside nature areas / salt marshes.
At a short distance there is much to experience and visit such as Breskens, Cadzand and Terneuzen and just across the border with Belgium in Knokke, Bruges and Ghent.
With the pedestrian bicycle ferry from Breskens it is a nice crossing to Vlissingen and Middelburg.
From Breskens to Cadzand you have beautiful and wide beaches for beach lovers and swimmers. In Breskens you also have an indoor swimming pool with a slide and current, which is a challenge for the children.
However, experienced and experienced swimmers can go directly into the water behind the dike here at high tide.
For fishermen, this is an excellent place with many options for freshwater fishing, even from your own garden, but certainly saltwater fishing.
You can also visit historic cities of Antwerp, Bruges and Ghent or the fashionable Knokke, but also the beautiful beaches of Cadzand and Nieuwvliet. Furthermore, Delta Park Neeltje Jans, the (marina) harbor of Breskens, Terneuzen and Vlissingen and the small Burgundian restaurants are a short distance from this park Village Scaldia. This is also a good base for visiting a theme park such as the Boudewijnpark in Bruges and Plopsaland in De Panne.

Quiet and cozy accommodation
The townhouse is located in a very well-maintained holiday complex, just a short walk from the dike. A parking space is located directly in front of the front door. The house is very tastefully furnished, everything is perfectly coordinated in terms of color and style. We were truly impressed. There is a small bathroom on the upper floor and a guest toilet in the hallway of the ground floor in the entrance area. The beds were comfortable. We were able to eat very well inside as well as outside with 6 people. There were garden furniture with cushions as well as a sun umbrella. We did not use the infrared sauna due to the hot summer weather. We felt very comfortable during our stay and would have liked to stay longer. The communication with the landlady was also very friendly and pleasant. We can highly recommend this accommodation!

Super nice holiday home
We came as a family with 2 children and our uncle ?
The house was even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. We immediately felt at home.
The grounds are also very clean and well maintained.
We can fully recommend it. The contact with Mrs. Ruiter was also very nice and she always answered us quickly.
