The vollausgestattene Apartment Bursztyn the ground floor or first floor offers space for 7 persons (6 adults and one child). It has a living room with sofa possibility, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with toilet and shower. The traveling with children will find in the apartment a travel cot and high chair (must be ordered earlier - is not always directly in the apartment).

The living room has a sofa, small closets, a table with 5 chairs, RTV devices.
BEDROOM 1:
EC: A double bed, sofa, bed linen, chair, coffee table, small closets, closet .; or:
OG: A double bed, bed linen, small closets.

The house is situated about 70m from the roundabout in one spot, the spot are all infrastructural facilities within walking distance - groceries, post office, pharmacy, gas station, doctor, etc. The place is right on the Ko?czewo "Baltic Street" between Swinoujscie and Kolobrzeg, just 3 km from the beach in Swietoujsc and is mainly known by Amber Baltic Golf Club. Additionally, the site offers a good tourist infrastructure. Our guests are including a new sports hall, bike trails, beautiful lakes, boat rentals (3 km), Church and more.

Here we will gladly come back. The super nice landlord Kamil helps with everything, from help with arrival to finding a well-equipped pharmacy. The house itself is very clean, which is a big plus for us, also offers a lot of space, and is tastefully furnished. In summer, the upper floor is a bit warmer than the lower apartment, but it is bearable. It is a bit too far to walk to the beach on foot, but it is not a problem with a car. There is a lot to do and see - I can only recommend it.

vacation well spent
The house is very nicely furnished and equipped, exactly as described in the advertisement. The location of the house is perfect, by car you can quickly reach anywhere on the island, there is a small bathing lake in the immediate vicinity of the village, and yet it is completely quiet and peaceful in the house and the neighborhood. War gut, aber nicht sehr gut.
Wir blieben in dem Häuschen vor ein paar Wochen, und ich kann jedem das Objekt empfehlen – handy-empfang war ziemlich schlecht, bloß in der Küche konnte man normal telefonieren. War aber nur mein Handy, Sohn und Frau hatten keine Probleme. Zum Strand ist zu weit für mich, die 3 kilometer fühlen sich an wie 10. Der Vermieter, Kamil, spricht deutsch ziemlich gut, und ist leicht erreichbar. Des Haus im tip-top zustand, nix kaputt, nicht mal ne Steckdose locker.
Keine bedenken, nicht zögern und Urlaub buchen.

Hier kann man die Ostsee genießen.
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, sauber, und hat alle Komforts, dank welcher man nicht das eigene Zuhause vermisst. Ruhig gelegen, frische Seeluft und schöne Wanderwege, genau was wir erwarteten. Ein gutes Auge findet sogar tolle Bernsteine am Strand!
Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wirklich zu empfehlen.

Guter Geschmack
Wir haben 7 Tage im Oktober wunderschönes Wetter, wunderschöne Natur, herrliche Ausflüge, frische Luft, sehr wenig Touristen, unglaublich gutes Essen und ein wirklich sehr angenehmes Ferienhaus erlebt, das seine Versprechungen absolut erfüllt. Perfekte Organisation, reibungslose Unterkunft, herrlich harmonische Einrichtung und ein Händchen für guten Geschmack. Wen nur das Wetter ein bisschen wärmer wäre… War ja aber Oktober.
Gerne kommen wir wieder.
